We had a wonderful vacation with our daughter and grandkids. The property was perfect and the beach was beautiful! The pool was a super great place to end the day. We had a wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful time visiting this property, beach access is just steps away. It was easy to check in/out, nice and clean property. We look forward to staying again in the near future. Definitely recommend!!

We’ve stayed at Summerhouse condos for the last 10 years. This has by far been our favorite condo. Beautifully updated. Wonderful king bed in the master bedroom with very nice sheets. Can’t wait to stay again.

Our stay was so wonderful, you have to stay here sometime! The condo was on the second and third floors, with easy access to parking and both the beach and pool. We had a balcony overlooking the beach and the pool was right outside our stairway. The beach was so nice and wonderful to walk for miles. Also some good opportunities for shelling! The pool was clean and quite large with plenty of loungers, chairs and tables with umbrellas. The rental had beach chairs and toys available for use as well. The inside was nicely done with top of the line appliances and beautiful flooring, cabinetry, etc! We were able to cook all our meals very easily! We were so happy there was a washer and dryer available since we underpacked for the week! There were plenty of places to sleep for the family and with 2.5 baths, no one had to wait! I would love to live there myself. I cannot wait to go back if they will have us!

From the initial process of planning my stay, the owner was more than helpful. Our view was incredible and the condo was immaculate. I certainly enjoyed each bedroom having its own bath. Working at a 5 star resort in southeast Ga I naturally look for great service and a well maintained establishment. All of our needs were met. We will definitely return.

Location of this townhouse is perfect. Being an end unit it so convenient to the beach and pool. There are quite a few stairs but we didn’t mind. The view was just beautiful and the building was practically on the beach. The unit was newly up- dated and beautiful. Summer House is an older Complex but is very well taken care of. The townhouse had pretty much what everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The owners were prompt and helpful with any questions we had.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The townhome was very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything that we needed was there. There were even beach chairs and sand toys. The location of the townhome was perfect and had close access to the beach and pool.

You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making sure that this beach condo would exceed the renter’s expectation. It was very comfortable and of course, the beautiful end unit with the extra window made it all the more special. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the furniture and couch, which folds out into a bed was perfect for what I needed with my three kids. Couldn't ask for a better location for watching the waves and easy beach access. Chairs and beach toys seemed to be well stocked but we did not get around to using them. If you plan to swim, pack your beach towels. The beds, bedding and towels were so comfortable and welcoming! I don't think the fridge ice maker was working so we made ice in ice trays. Ours was only a 2-nt stay so it was time to leave by the time we had a good stock ice. I think we'd buy a bag of ice next time. If you are approaching from the south, keep an eye out for the first entrance. The north entrance has gates that may be down. If approaching from the north, take a left at the second sign. We are 60+ and my 70+ sister had trouble with the stairs leading to the condo and the 2nd floor bedrooms. My husband and I were fine with them. PS - You'll probably see good reviews for Raga Surf Cafe and that's for good reason. It's a food truck/bus but the quality is amazing. My SIL loved the coffee! And even the sweet tea is special. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwich on both croissant and toast.

Newly renovated townhouse in a great location. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only negative is that we couldn't open the master bedroom windows because of the the way the plantation shutters (which were very nice) and hurricane window covering were installed--so we couldn't fall asleep to the sound of the surf at night. Other than that the place was perfect.

Great place and Jeff was amazingly easy to work with - can't recommend this place enough! Everything was new and freshly remodeled.

We only stayed two nights celebrating my wife's birthday. We found the unit in perfect condition. The unit is completely remodeled and tastefully decorated. It is perfectly located with a wonderful view of the sea. The complex has four heated pools, tennis, racketball and pickleball courts. All facilities are in pristine condition. The host (Jeffrey) was very responsive and considerate of all our requests. We would definitely consider returning to this property in the future. Jeffrey, thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your property!
