This is a fantastic property with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for any wanting to explore downtown Asheville. I’d absolutely book this loft apartment again!

This is a beautiful apartment that was perfect for our group of 5. We were in town for 3 nights of music and the location was perfect! Nearly everything was just a short walk away. The only thing I would caution is that it’s 2 beds, the couch and 2 air mattress which we couldn’t keep inflated so one person ended up sleeping on the couch which was comfortable and a good size. Maybe it was user error but I don’t have a lot of confidence in a good nights sleep on an air mattress. Other than that I would highly recommend and would definitely book again if we make it back to Asheville.

Great location in a safe neighborhood. Very clean apartment with walkable downtown. The only complaint was the ceiling fans in bedrooms did not work.

This property is amazing. The pictures do not do it Justice. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of the city. It’s so convenient! It felt like home away from home.

This vacation rental was immaculate. We had everything we needed and more for our stay. For a family of four who prefers to cook, the kitchen had everything we needed. Ample space for everyone on the roomy, stylish sofas. The beds were both very comfortable and the sheets were ahhhmazing. What really made this one a stand out for us was the location. Five minute walk to just about everything you want and need downtown. We travel to Asheville every year in January and this will definitely be our first choice in the future.

My parents and I decided to take a last-minute trip to Asheville and booked this condo pretty much right away after seeing the photos, location and reviews. The condo was exactly as shown in pictures - stunning! Everything was pristine and we loved having the extra space vs the usual hotels we stay in in AVL. They even had a little bit of coffee and creamer in the kitchen which we were thankful for! The location can not be beat - we were able to walk everywhere downtown and everything else was a quick drive away. The building is VERY secure, which was not anticipated but definitely gave us peace of mind. As noted in other reviews, parking is not included, but we utilized both the metered spots and the AC Hotel garage (note, it's not in and out privileges). We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future!

Perfect property. Appears to be brand new. Beautiful furnishings, perfect location for walking downtown shopping, eating and live music. Although we were in the area of night life, the apartment was extremely quiet. Would highly recommend!

My associates and myself were needed a meeting space. Our hotel didn’t have any so we had the genius idea of seeing what options for rental properties and came across this lovely property. Was at this space all day for 2 days and was a great experience. Great area, accommodating amenities, and was comfortable for the 8 of us. Was very secured so never had any concern about our safety or unwanted visitors. Beautiful space overall.

We really loved this condo. It was spacious and had a great location. The only concern was when checking out, the details mentioned they don’t fully clean the bed linens… they only “spot clean” them which just made us feel gross.

Our stay in Asheville, NC was fantastic! The beautifully decorated and spacious modern apartment, centrally located downtown, gave us the perfect base to explore the area on foot. We loved the attention to detail in the decor, which added to the overall charm and comfort of our stay. Highly recommended for a stylish and enjoyable city getaway!

This property was great for our long weekend in Asheville. The unit is in a perfect location downtown where everything is walkable but it wasn't too loud or crowded. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to have our own space. Loved having the use of a full, well stocked kitchen. Would absolutely recommend staying here for groups up to 8.
