Location was great since it was a short walk to where we needed to go.
The bathroom smelt terrible. They need to wash their shower curtains. The room was dusty and the floor wasn’t vacuum properly. We found bits on the side of the bed so definitely wasn’t pleasant.
If you’re vegan or vegetarian, there isn’t many options for breakfast.

Very accessible to everything , especially when you're driving or taking train. Surrounding are very relaxing. 7-eleven is just behind the building.
Parking fee its a bit expensive, maybe they can lower the charge especially for those customers that staying for a week or so.

Ideal if attending a conference at Big Sight. Equidistant from Kokusai-Tenjijo Station and the convention centre. The room was comfortable and larger than the usual business hotel. Long desk along the window with nice view out over the trees. Breakfast was fantastic - in a huge space with lots of windows looking outside over the greenery and heaps of delicious food.
The pillow was too flat and not up to the standard of the room.

I had opted to upgrade my room to the next level. It was a good value . I was on the upper floors in a large room with a balcony and a good view. I enjoyed the priority elevator which was reserved for guests on the upper floors. I like the location near the subway and the Yurikamome. Effortlessly and quick to get from the hotel to central parts of Tokyo.

It really convenience for exhibition in Tokyo big sight. Quite and many of sight seeing spot.
Now, the limousine bus from Narita Airport is already terminated. It really inconvenience to transport to this area.

the room smell cigarette. i had sick because of my allergy with the smoke. please provide some spray on the room and also in the corridor. i’m will not go again.

The hotel has alot of potential but not utilised
The staff were polite and respectful
The room was deceptively small, the bathroom tinier and the bathtub was long enough for a foot bath, and not for a person to sit in.
The premium rooms are not that but very basic
The location was way out of the way and train station not covered by JR passes
Not much around to do

Check in is strictly 3pm and not a minute earlier.
Basic essentials are for your own collection in an open area in the front foyer.

convenient location, clean, friendly staffs, and the best part is resident 24 hour convenience store Lawson.
the lift doesn’t have any sensors and the doors shut straight away.
