About the lift, that is so bad for me and other guest

The owner was very helpful and accommodating. There was some issue at the apartment during our stay and we manage to get refund from the host almost immediately. They also are very prompt in replying to my dm. We didn’t manage to really enjoy the area but the kind gesture from the host really deserve a good review.
Some issue with the building water tank but that was beyond owner control.

Good location, easy to reach many places near town and beach
Lack of place to hang things in bathroom.
Bed frame not stable causes the bed to sag.
Couch is too hard.

New Condo and complete new facility. Aircon cold, fridge, washing machine, fan, steam iron, hair drier, kitchen, water heater. Clean, comfy stay.. Easy to deal with the person incharge. Just nice for 5 person stay.. Place strategic.

the shower is good
the air-conditioner is not working well,only the air-con in living room is functional.therefore the two bed room is a bit hot difficult to rest

Its not seaview, only side view from the room.
Spacios but the master bedroom air con not working at all. Likewise the living room air con is not cold too.
And the owner let us so called "upgrade" to a smaller room.
Unfortunately the smaller room air con is working soso only but the water flow is super slow. When someone is showering, outside cannot turn on any tap if not no water flow in the toilet.
We all regretted moving to the smaller room. We just tolerated for 2 more days, spent so much time for waiting everyone showered.
One good thing is the owner response fast, if not i will give no star for the rating.
Very bad experience.
Not recommended.
