Overall this was a great property. Absolutely fabulous for a family with kids. Lots of fun things to do right on the property. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms could use some tender loving care with updates. We were without a heated pool for a few days which was disappointing and had to wait for replacement life jackets to use kayaks but all things considered it was a very good place to stay. Thank you!

This place was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect place to stay and relax with friends, we absolutely loved it! This home gives you spectacular views of the bay and is in a great location. The house is very clean with all the necessities you need and more. Plenty of room with lots of beds and sleeping options. The hosts were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. We were able to get everywhere we wanted with either a short walk or by biking on the bikes provided to the amazing beach, and restaurants. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone!

What a great location for a getaway! Quiet neighborhood toward the end of a dead-end “finger” out into the intercostal. Right on the water. Dolphins swam 5’ below me! Listing says 4 bedrooms but I’d say this property could sleep 15 so great place to have a family reunion or old-friends gathering. We had a great time playing billiards, table tennis, biking on their bikes, hot tubbing, grilling, reading while sitting in the backyard chairs watching the water and surrounding gorgeous houses across the bay, and lots of comfortable couches inside for relaxing, talking and reading. Excellent, prompt communication from the owners. If we have the opportunity to return to IRB, this will definitely be our go-to place!

The house is big and location is good but that’s where it stops. The house was dirty with dead bugs covering the countertops and stained carpet that didn’t even look like anyone’s attempted to clean. Owners response(OR) to the bugs was “want me to have someone come back out and spray?”. Bathrooms were dirty with mold in the showers, fans had dirt buildup on the blades. Numerous lights not working including the dock and dining room. OR “yea I know, I need to have someone fix them”. Outside there were broken patio chairs, a dirty pool and cigarette butts all over. The dock was in dire need of repair with missing boards, railing not secured, and boat lift stairs that collapsed while I was walking down them causing me to fall and hurt my ankle. OR “We have had a lot of happy guest stay there and fish off that same dock since we got it and they were thrilled to be there. Even sent us pictures of their catch. If you don’t like it please don’t come back. You are the first complaint”. No I’m sorry that happened or are you ok. After I sent pictures of the dock condition OR “First I’ve seen that and Guest there before u had no boards missing”. Yet in his listing you can blow up a picture and enhance it to see the same missing boards that he stated he didn’t know about. He also told VRBO we’re lying about the dock and that I fell. Owner takes no accountability. Find similar properties in the area significantly cheaper and cleaner.

Let me start off by saying 5 stars all around. Allan and his father John were very accommodating and always quick to reply to any question I had. Can’t say enough about them. Now onto the home. All I can say is wow absolutely breathtaking views and location. You feel like your in your own private paradise. Having the pool and jacuzzi overlooking the water, I mean what more can you ask for. The two beautiful BIG Palm trees surrounding the pool and jacuzzi give you the beauty and shade should you need it. The home itself gives you a lot of space, it was me, my wife and two older boys and we had more than enough room. Beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom upstairs was amazing with the huge bathroom, with a big tub and walk in shower. The balcony on top of it was a very nice touch. The local beach is very close by but we spent most of our time at the house in the pool and jacuzzi soaking up the sun, view and sunsets and sunrises. Very close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Also very close to Clearwater if you prefer more hustle and bustle. Can’t say enough about our trip to the Harbor house. This was super special for me and my family and something I was nervous about to begin with as there any many VRBO options out there but my choice ended up being the absolute best choice ever made. Would love to come back and make this our yearly family vacation moving forward. Thank you Allan/John!!

Our family had the best week at this house. Everything was GREAT! The dock provided great fishing, kayaks and bikes were fun experiences, pool table and ping pong were late night entertainment, the pool provided a cool off to the summer heat, inside was spacious clean and pretty. We could not have ask for anything more. Communication was great easy check in! Can’t wait to come back soon

The home was perfect for us. On the water with a pool, great views and walking distance to the beach. Best of both worlds. We had a couple of minor issues and they addressed or fixed it immediately. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends going to that area on vacation.
