Nothing but positive things to say! We stayed for one night in the Kate Suite and it was perfect. So cozy and walking distance from everything :) would highly recommend.

The room was perfect. Loved the little extras like the tooth brush and toothpaste because we forgot one and the makeup wipes. Beds was good. Room was clean. A rather large room at that and the balcony was really nice. Would definitely stay again. Maybe a good option would be to have some cream and milk in the fridge for coffee and water not bubbly water in the fridge. I don’t know who drinks bubbly water but it’s not our choice. Highly recommend this room and the location was great. Some really nice personal touches.

This was our first time back to Niagara-on-the-Lake in a long time and the Diana Suite was a fantastic welcome back. It is located within waking distance of all the theatres and the vibrant downtown. Loved our stay and will return.

Suites on King is conveniently located in Niagara on the Lake. The main drag in town is just around the corner. There are parks within a few blocks with access to Lake Ontario and to the Niagara River. Parking was easy with a reserved spot. Once we parked we never had to use the car. The room was extremely clean and well decorated. The owners provided us with recommendations for restaurants and things to do along with a local map. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Room was perfect for the two of us. Loved having a separate seating area and also the outside seating on the terrace was very nice to have. Perfect location as all dining and shopping and even the theater were within walking distance.

Condition and location excellent! A little noisy from bars and restaurants located almost immediately below the property. A small corner shelf in the shower would be helpful. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was very comfortable - rooms were nicely decorated, a spacious patio, and had many amenities and extras that you do not typically see. The location was perfect - right downtown - but not noisy at all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A wonderful location right in the historic area of Niagara on the Lake. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops, as well as the Shaw Festival Theatre. Very clean room with private back entrance off of the free parking space.
