The villa is beautiful, spacious and moderns amenities. The staff was amazing and friendly.
The villa comes with an amazing dip pool, perfect to unwind and sip the Margs.
I would recommend this beautiful resort nestled among the greeneries of Ubud
Nothing to be disliked. It was above and beyond our expectations.

Beautiful peaceful location, great facilities and extremely lovely staff - keep an eye out for monkeys at breakfast!
Bit far from town and other restaurants and shops but the hotel offers free shuttles and can arrange other drop off/pick ups which is very helpful.

This hotel unfortunately has a bed bug issue. We had anticipated some bugs, because this is ubud of course, but not in the comfort of our own beds. We stayed for 4 nights and were covered from head to toe In bites! We were absoloutely ravished! We spoke to the hotel “manager” Sonny about this and he tried to palm it off as an allergic reaction. Very dishonest. The staff knew there was a problem and were unwilling to compensate us, instead offering to change us to another room on our final night! Completely useless and inappropriate. Smelling the bedsheets I could tell that they weren’t being washed properly as they smelled sweaty. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like bed bugs. They and booking.com offered no financial compensation bar a measles £3 and a free taxi ride. Really poor customer service and response to a significant issue. It nearly ruined our trip, and for that I would definitely not recommend this place.

Wer einen Rückzugsort sucht kann hier fündig werden. Der Dschungel beginnt gleich hinter dem Pool.
Die letzte Meile zum Hotel ist in schlechtem Zustand, was natürlich nicht vom Hotel gelöst werden kann.

Beautiful resort just outside of Ubud. The staff were all so wonderful and helpful. Beautiful facilities. Would definitely love to return to the Ning Resort!
The resort is roughly 15 minutes from the centre of Ubud. However, there is a free shuttle into town & staff are very helpful with organising drivers.

Unsere erste Unterkunft in Bali, die jedoch kaum zu übertreffen sein wird. Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 min mit dem Roller außerhalb von Ubud, erreichbar über eine ausbaufähige Landstraße, weshalb wir einen Roller empfehlen.
Zimmer hat wirklich alles was man braucht, von Zahnbürste über Früchte über Shampoo bis hin zu einem Google Assistent. Frühstück ist a La carte aber man kann bestellen was man möchte, geschmacklich 10/10.
Hotel an sich komplett neu und modern ein eingerichtet. Der Service ist spitze, alle Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Tatsächlich fällt mir hierzu nichts ein. Manche würden den Anfahrtsweg ansprechen, den wir mit dem Scooter jedoch sehr aufregend fanden.

Amazing resort. Seemed very new, might be just renovated. Arrival was amazing. Just what we needed after a long drive from Denpasar. We also got an upgrade to a villa. With our private pool and amazing view. Breakfast was also amazing would defitnely add this to your stay.
Also great service for booking other activitiets and our transfer to Nusa Lembagnon. The restaurant is also great, however Ubud had a lot too offer and would recommend renting a scooter to compliment your stay.
The road to the resort is still a work in progress, be catefull driving there. I had been told next year would be complete. However, the location comes up for it.

Only downside, in the private villa's, the room doesnt get as dark at night. Sleep mask will fix it.

The pool
Take care … villas are advertised to have a kitchenette and desk but they don’t. We came here with kids for 6 nights and we wouldn’t have come if it didn’t have a kitchenette… we also needed a desk as my husband needed to do a few hours of work. We got no compensation whatsoever for this. On top of this they don’t have a kid’s menu. Small menu. Menu always having things out of stock. Housekeeping not on par with the level of hotel. Very out of the way. Rooms don’t smell good at all.

Beautifully set in the rice paddies but in the middle of the Ubud jungle. Facilities were clean, the architecture was incredible. Amazing private pool as well as communal pool.

Loved this new resort . Even though its situated in a beautiful rice paddy and a peaceful green forest it was easy to access the Ubud centre . The hotel shuttle was great . The staff were so helpful and friendly . The pool , restaurant and bar was fantastic. We loved it . Will be returning. Thank you Ning Resort

Breakfast was amazing, you can choose anything from the manu and the staff at the restaurant are extremely kind and accomodating.
The road to the hotel is very rough (not hotel fault)
There should be more light in the bathroom area, specially next to the mirror.

Clean and well maintained rooms
The location is not near Ubud, it’s about 20-30 minutes drive away in the middle of nowhere and about a kilometre of it is on dirt tracks. It also feels like an apocalyptic abandoned place, the resort is very nice but nobody is there, not even the staff and you have to wait for them to show up. Everything about it is just slightly disappointing and underwhelming, including the food (which is fairly expensive for what you get), the location and the amenities/things to do. For the price they charge, you would expect more. And given the remoteness you’d expect there to be things to do, but you really feel like you’re competing on your own, which is fine but not at this price point as you can easily get a room elsewhere for a third of the price and get the same experience.

Staff was extremely friendly and efficient - it felt 5 star. Specifically Darma and Mardika went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Well done i have already recommended my friend and family and will be back. Exceptional !!!
While the free shuttle is appreciated perhaps two a day would make a difference.

Closer to town may have been better BUT it has the advantage of being in the middle of rice fields.

It’s new. fresh and has really nice design.
The road on the way is really bumpy, if you stay longer it’s a bit uncomfortable. Also, I would work a bit with the menu and add more western choices.

The room is brand new and clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast provided by the resort is also great.
We love the quiet environment there.
The wifi is a bit weak, we couldn't watch nteflix.

The staff is so knowledgeable and professional, all of them. I was very impressed, their English is very good. The resort is beautiful, and all my needs were met and even beyond.

The hospitality of the staff was absolutely outstanding, ready for you day and night. It is a beautiful new hotel and the quality is very high still. Beds are awesome, bathroom is great and the pool is really comfortable. Hope they can keep it up!
Drinking water was not for free and quite expensive. Food was good but the amount too little.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and awesome for the price. We had a view of the rice paddies. The bed was big and comfy. The pool and bar area were so relaxing. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed it. This was our first stay and we absolutely loved it.

I loved the location. Located a couple of kms out of town in the midst of rice paddy fields which was beautiful and peaceful, but still close enough to get in and out of town easily. Best of both worlds. amazing facilities - pool, spa, gym, restaurant, pool and beautiful accommodation. Great staff - friendly and attentive.

All is new. Great spot to spend a couple of nights . Hope the staff would be able to keep this level of service and facilities for a long time. Nothing to add as everything was beyond expectations.

The place is not finished.
The rice fields are beautiful but come with the farmers noises. Scare sounds for birds, motorized trimmers at 7am.
