Condo is very nice. Pool is next door but the unit is still very private.

Great condo in a great location, convenient to Palm Springs or any events at the LA Quinta Resort, which is basically next door to the community. Condo was clean and communication leading up to the stay and what we needed when we arrived were all very clear. Although we did not use the actual condo much more than to sleep and shower while attending a conference. But it was a lot more comfortable for us having our own rooms and showers (each room has it own shower and space!) than being stuck in a hotel room with coworkers. The view from the back patio was gorgeous a great way to enjoy your coffee and relax in the morning. The staff at the gates were more than nice and accomodating as well coming and going.

My husband and I normally stay at the La Quinta resort but because we had some family meeting us we needed something larger than the Spa Villas. We had plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed. The garage was a plus with the hot weather. You have a pool steps away and the main and lap pool a short walk. We will definitely be staying here again.

The condo and complex are beautiful. The condo was spotless. Response from the property manager always came quickly.

The owner, Skip, was very responsive to any requests and keeping us informed throughout our stay. Bbq and pool were perfect for my family to unwind for a few days, wish we could have stayed longer.
Rooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. Great views of the backside of the nearby mountain and plenty of birds to look at in the morning.
Only downside was that there was no coffee grinder in the kitchen, we would recommend grinding your coffee at the store before coming back.
Will book again, we had a pleasant time and got the needed relaxation we desired.

The townhouse had all we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was pretty much well equipped. The beds comfortable. The BBQ was great for laid back dinners at home. The facilities like the gym and lap pool were well utilized by the four of us.

We came to Visit family in the area. The location was perfect. It was clean. We enjoyed the pool near us. It was like our own private pool, steps away from our condo. The patio and the balcony are very private and look out directly on the mountains. Pictures are a good representation.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and the place was great. It was clean and spacious and had evything we needed. Could have fit more people comforably, we had 4. Thanks for all the help skip.

This was our third year staying at Legacy Villas for our family vacation and it was our most enjoyable yet. We chose a larger unit with the help of Skip at Arcadia Desert VR and it was beyond our expectations. We particularly liked the patios and took advantage of the mild mornings to have a coffee and plan out the day. There is a pool within steps of the unit and the main pool is a short walk. La Quinta has a great selection of restaurants and is situated along the picturesque Santa Rosa Mountains. We will return again!

We had 3 generations under one roof and had plenty of room. Location is amazing. Both patios look right on the mountain. View was amazing. Kitchen had everything. Loved it!

We have stayed at the villas for several years now. This was our first time in this home. We absolutely loved it! The location was serene. The patio was inviting. The home had everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best stocked ones. Skip, the property manager, was awesome in communicating check in and quick to respond to any questions. Thanks Skip! Thanks to the homeowners as well! We can’t wait to come back!

We could not have asked for better accommodations and our property manager, Skip, was excellent with his communication and reaction to the one small issue of a missing TV remote discovered upon arrival. He rectified immediately. If I get back to Palm Springs, this is where I’ll go.

This home was lovely and in a perfect location for a quiet getaway. We felt all the amenities for a comfortable stay were there and super clean. We appreciated up keep of the furniture, carpets, bedding, towels, etc. The location is perfection to be honest. There is no question we will be back to stay here.

The community is pristine, quiet and in a beautiful location. Our party of 6 enjoyed the extra room to spread out and enjoy both the interior and exterior living space. Communication with owner agent was cordial and responsive. Already planning for next winter.

Everything was wonderful. I only wish that we didn’t have to pay for the fourth day that we didn’t stay as we checked out first thing Sunday morning instead of Monday

We love getting away before the holidays and this location was perfect for us in terms of space and location within Legacy Villas which provided more privacy and glorious views of the mountains. We enjoyed a day trip to the zoo and up the tramway. Reservations and check in we’re easy and the property manager replied immediately when we had a question about a day visitor. Thank you!

This property was perfect for my family of six. Two pools nearby and the main pool was just a short walk away. The kids loved the stairs and the upstairs bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The master is located on the main floor wich worked out perfectly. The home is well stocked, comfortable beds and plenty of room for a large family or 3 couples. We will definitely book again.
