It’s a really old ‘remodeled’ Days Inn. It took a lot of effort to get the door to my room to actually close and latch and the chain was broken off the inside. Room itself was dirty and toilet was very wiggly. Bed was average and I brought my own pillow thankfully. Water pressure in the shower was good so that was nice.

opened the door and was hit with enough bleach to burn my eyes. Kept door open for 2 hours. Went to call desk but phone did not work. next night party outside my door till 1, then dog howling at 5;45 am. had to check out and find another place to stay..

Room odors. Mattress was like a box. Plumbing made loud noises. I wish I had just slept in my car instead of wasting money on this dump.

Stayed two nights while looking for a home to purchase. Was conveniently located to come and go while looking. Realtor met me there a few times. Rooms was quiet and clean.

The hotel needs remodeling. It took us 60 mn to “”program “ the TV remote in order to watch the news.

They did a real nice job renovating this hotel. Looks like it use to be a Days Inn and they changed the name to Columbus Inn. Upon arriving I was greeted with a friendly receptionist. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was everything they said it would be.

This is a Days inn. We got bait and switched and spent 20 dollars more for a bed. Drawers missing, shelf in shower was torn out. Outdoor walkways, warm damp and dark rooms. Barely cable, just an old school remote with no guide or idea what channel is what. Smelled heavily of bleach, much like locker rooms. Otherwise if you just need a place to crash it has a bed, just wasnt worth what i paid for it.

Overall a 7 out of 10. The room was clean but there was food in the refrigerator from the last guest. The outside of the hotel has parts from toilets and plumbing as well as the new water heater. Not great curb appeal.

Came in town to see family. We have stayed here before. Staff is always friendly. Place has been updated since our last stay. We would stay here again.

Pros: affordable, convenient to TIEC, allowed pets ($25 pet fee), room was clean, woman at checkin was very pleasant.
Cons: smelled like weed outside, chain on inside of door was broken and made me feel unsafe, tv channels are hard to navigate and no good selection, the man working the desk when I checked out wasn’t friendly

A roach hotel. Literally, the morning of our checkout we found a roach in our room. The property was run down and dirty. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. Can't comment on the breakfast, we didn’t eat anything at the property.
Bottom line, look to Spartanburg or Hendersonville if you have to stay in this area. You do not want to stay here.

Pool was closed, tv didn't work, k-cup coffee supplies in room but no coffee pot and the room smelled went and bought febreeze and candles.

Great location right off the highway. Glad to see guests using the outdoor pool. After driving several hours and desperately needing a bathroom, I was told that the one bathroom in the lobby (accessible to everyone) was for employees only. Hotels and motels should always have a bathroom available for guests in the lobby. We had a non-smoking room, however the bathroom air vent pulled in the smoke smell from other smoking rooms. Check-in was less than ideal since the third-party booking didn’t include the tax. Almost got charged double for my room. Going to go back and check credit card statement to make sure.

Front desk was easy and the lady that checked us in was SUPER sweet. We came in for Spartan races and this was one of the best hotels we’ve gotten for that price. Y’all were wonderful!

We've stayed here before so my expectations were high. We did have a cleanliness issue and reported it to Management who said they would take care of it.

For starters my television was stuck on one channel. They told me that I could switch but I did not, because I was abled to look at one channel and I already told my company which room it was. My phone stopped working,so I could not call out. My clock was not functional. I had a maid to knock on the door about 8:30, to see if I was ready to move out. About 20a maid was looking through my window to see if I had moved out,. I told her that I had an extension until 12 and that was when I was going to check out,but I got so frustrated that I just left. I left about 10:50. Upon leaving my key I voiced my dissatisfaction,and told them that I was going to write a complaint.

Great place for a weekend stay in the mountains. Especially for the price. I do not have breakfast there so I can't rate that. The room was cool clean and quiet.

The facility is clean and the front desk staff was helpful. It’s OK for a cheap quick overnight stay if you happen to be in the area. We’d use it again if need be. That said, It is an old refurbished motel though. Our AC unit kind of worked. The beds were very, very firm. The quality of the repaint and the new tub surround when they remodeled is about what you expect in this price tier done, but not terribly neat.

This hotel was an Expedia bate and switch, the hotel I booked was closed and in its place this Days Inn, no warning, didn't know till I showed up after much effort to find the facility.

Positive: Comfortable room. Quiet. Would stay there again. Negative: They ran out of regular coffee which is the only kind we drink...none at the front desk. During the night, the refrigerator would emit a loud noise and had to be unplugged in order for us to sleep.

First of all, their sign outside, front desk, inside room has ALL DAYS INN logo's. How misleading. The room os terrible. Rusty coat rack, rusty hangers which I only got two, squeaky beds (room 124), tub has some kind of nasty colored brown dried up glue which is poorly done. Gross! The door latch which is a chain had only 1 screw to hold it and in order to close the door you had to push it in tight/pull it till you heard the click.
I will NEVER stay here again. Stop advertising as DAYS INN.
