It was a horrible trip. We were given a room where the air condition was not working and the staff was of the view that there is no alternate room or AC avialble we stayed there for two days without Air condition. The room was not cleaned on arrival. There were no proper arrangements for sehat and after. The refrigerator was producing obnoxious sound. There are water problems. I wouldn't recommend any family to stay there

They are cheaters and frauds. They don't work as per the receipts.

They are out right cheaters.

Breakfast was awesome staff was awesome, special thanks Mr Shayan he was always available on call n supported. He was connected till our checkout everything was perfect highly recommend for families.Mr.Shayan and his team was outstanding in all service's. Please visit highly recommend for families.

I was woken up in the middle of night by mouse nibbling at the table lamp wire. The hotel and its furniture needs thorough cleaning up.

The next day we were shifted to the Executive rooms looked much cleaner.

The location was excellent 🤍 as well as staff was friendly enough ..... Highly Recommended from my side .... Best Hotel with all best things breakfast 🥞 was amazing and the restaurant food was best.... Very cooperative team behind .... Keep it up with good work 🙂
