Place is as described. Great location and easy parking. We stayed 2 weeks and it was a very nice and cozy place to stay in. Would recommend.

My daughters and I took a quick trip to New York to celebrate my oldest graduating college. We book right outside New York. The place for our needs very well! Loved that there were fans to use. Parking was easy and so was the commute into New York! Would stay here again if we came back!

We really just needed a place to sleep for one night that would accept our dog. We never met Lee because we got in late that night and left early, but his instructions were spot on and his place was exactly what we needed. Took an early morning walk around the block with our dog and were off. Nice, clean and, as I said, it was as advertised and exactly what we needed.

This basement apartment had all we needed for our family of 4 plus a dog. Very clean, private, and safe. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Place was just as described. It’s so hard to find a place that lets you bring 3 dogs without crazy fees. Lee’s place was perfect! Great neighborhood and super sweet host! Would definitely recommend!

We needed a place for one night passing through the area. It was easy on/off the highway, quiet street, clean and dog-friendly. Lee was very accommodating and the unit had everything we needed.

This such a great little place to stay. Right near New Rochelle on a quiet street. Lee is very accommodating and makes sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. This will be my home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lee's Place. Everything was clean and very comfortable. A beautiful neighborhood with delicious bagels nearby and a short ride to the train to head into the city.

Perfect place to stay, quiet residential area, walking distance to 3 restaurants,, small kitchenette, bed and futon comfortable, will be staying again when we go back to NY.
12 minutes from Bronx. place very clean, we did not need a thing.

Needed somewhere close to the VIP in New Rochelle for a wedding, Lee’s place was the perfect distance in a cute neighborhood. My family is originally from the area and enjoyed visiting again. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for events in the region.
