it was cost efficient, but u get what you pay for.. our night stand was dirty, limited 1 big towel for 2 people, and we had a variety of bugs in our room. the cleaners cleaned what need it after we asked. we wont be staying here again!

It was old, dated, dingy.

I’ve never met such rude people . They were so heartless and humiliating people extremely . Cockroach’s every where . Bathrooms dirty Don’t complain or else they will threaten to call cops on you . Just worse experience of our life’s with three kids , they were at the door watching us take our stuff out and waiting at the door 20 min before check out.

Property used to be a Quality Inn. Signage on front of building and on Highway still says Quality Inn. The address you give us 106 Stephen Drive is a residence not the motel. The hotel is run down, no water in pool, no tv reception, bathroom door actually rubs the toilet, door lock was in need of replacement, towel rack was rusted and on and on.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, enjoyed my stay.

There was mildew on the bed sheets

Carpet needs cleaning. Needs better indoor lighting. Lousy location.

The property outside was spotless and clean. The hotel is extremely outdated and bare, but inside our room was dirty. Many things were so old and I clean. Towel rack hanging off the wall; Holes in the plaster; all of the metal in the bathroom was rusted and Gross; Can’t close the bathroom door without lifting the toilet lid because it’s too tight of a space; Bathroom fan full of disgusting dust and Gross; Ceramic tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom Bathroom was dirty and disgusting; had a very large roach wake us up in the middle of the night crawling across a plastic bag; Multiple Roaches; neighbors going in/out doors at 2am slamming door; just so incredibly Dirty and OLD. Luckily the bed seemed ok and clean, although the pillows were super thin and uncomfortable. The Furniture doors falling off and there was scrap food on one piece of furniture. The Refrigerator was dirty.

I arrived at 1am to try to check in. Was not able to check in. Therefore the money i spent on a room was wasted.

The hotel provided no chair(s) or a place (hook) to hang one's clothing. There was no cover for the vent in the bathroom.

Hotel needed to be remodeled. Very old furnishings.

We walked in the lobby and it looked like they tore out all of furnishings and only had marble tables.Breakfast bar with the previous establishment was gone. It was so non-hospitable! Ewe. We didn’t want to judge by that so we went to a room anyway and opened the door. Someone was obviously already in the room and the tv was on. It smelled so bad . Doors and knobs seemed sticky. Couldn’t bear the smell so we checked out immediately. What a bummer! The closest next hotel was 25 minutes further away from our family ;-(. .

The propert needed work. The room was passable- avoid bed but bathroom needs renovation. The manager was Vergil’s.- polite, efficient and honest.

It was ok but we didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave?
