My name is Jeff and I’m a local business owner in vista who recently relocated to Hawaii. On my recent trip, I found this rental on VRBO. The approval process was quick and easy, communication with the owner was very responsive, the rental was very clean and comfortable with plenty of towels, linens etc. The rental a washer and dryer with plenty of laundry soap etc. it really felt like the management thought of everything you’d need for your stay. I highly recommend this 3 bedroom rental.

Perfectly sized property for our family of four (leaving plenty of room to breath)...also conveniently located to freeway access, grocery stores, restaurants, and family fun (such as Boomers, which is just a short walk away). All amenities were as described and in good condition. Property manager was very prompt and pleasant with all communications and accommodated us exceptionally well. We visit Vista several times a year and will look forward to staying again!

Beautiful property, well stocked, thoughfully appointed, attentive and responsive host, quiet neighborhood conveniently located for our purposes. Stayed with spouse, our college-student son, and one of his friends for an event in Vista. Definitely would stay again!

My sister and I, along with our spouses, came to Oceanside to visit a critically ill family member. This property far exceeded our expectations. It's actually a vacation haven with everything needed to feel immediately at home. Communication with the host was excellent with quick replies to our questions. The furnishings are top-notch, the kitchen completely set-up, and the patio cool and relaxing. Don't think twice. This is the best VRBO we've seen.

Excellent stay at a perfect place. Everything was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable beds, very spacious. Great hot tub. Fantastic comfy couch. Good filtered water (mandatory in California). No complaints.
Huge thanks to Ignat who went way out of his way to help after I left something important. Lifesaver. If I could leave more stars, I would!

Ignat was a fabulous host, he responded to all of our questions. We found the property stood up to the pictures on line. it was clean, well furnished and appreciated the little touches such as sundries, toiletries & laundry soap. The beds were comfortable and we would stay here again!

The house was perfect for us! Very clean, all rooms had king beds. Great little backyard. There were four of us, but we had additional family come over for an evening. Very spacious and accommodating. We will stay again on our next trip to Oceanside/Vista area. Ignat was a great host. Quick communication and occasional email check-ins to see if we needed anything additional.

We had a great stay house was clean and check in process was seamless. Lots of space and they had many tvs to use and they were all up to date. Owners reached out multiple times to ensure everything was great. Looking to go back in July 2023.
