This home was perfect for our stay. Excellent proximity to beaches and the downtown area. The front porch was wonderful in the mornings and evenings!
Beach toys, umbrella, chairs, and towels were left by previous guests even though the listing says they do not provide them. The listing does not specify the coffee situation, but it takes grounds or kcups. There was also shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in the showers even though the listing also says they do not provide toiletries.

Such a wonderful property. Less than a 5-minute walk to Lake Michigan; beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys available. My grandkids were in heaven! The house was clean and so spacious. Ashley was easy to get in touch with and got right back to us when a smoke detector started a low battery alert. This was our 6th year at South Haven and the best rental thus far. We’ll be back.

All aspects of our stay were smooth, easy and comfortable. House was welcoming, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The entire experience would have been exceptional had it not been for the unfortunate coincidence of multiple construction, excavation, and tree removal projects happening in the immediate vicinity of the house that made it impossible to be in the house at all during the days we were there. Property manager was sympathetic given the fact that there wasn’t anything she could do about the bad luck. She did graciously offer us a small discount on the stay and we would happily stay again - after first inquiring about ongoing remodels in the neighborhood!

This house was amazing! Clean, updated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a vacation with young children and friends. There was plenty of space for a large group and beautiful lake views from many of the rooms. We were so thankful for the bikes, beach stuff, and wagon! We go to South Haven every summer with a small group of friends and this was the best year yet because of this amazing place!

The house is immaculate with an amazing location near the beach and to downtown South Haven. Everything in the house is brand new and super comfortable. The front porch is wonderful. Views of the lake and beautiful gardens are great. Would definately stay there again. Owner is very kind and responsive.
