It has a separate room in the front for the adults to sleep in private. There are to beds that fold down in the main area that are about twin size beds. You can fin 2 people on each one but it can be tight if you do. The bed in the front bed room is a Queen with its own TV. The main area has its own TV as well for the kids or whoever. The back door to the toy hauler turns into a porch to sit out and watch the sunset. Has a 110 gallons of water if not hooked up to RV hook ups. Decent size shower to clean yourself up after a long day, has outside shower as well. Stays very warm in the winters and cool in the summers!!!
