The condo was the perfect size for our family, beautiful view looking out over the ocean, indoor water park to keep the kids entertained. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for a great trip

This property was clean and spacious. It worked out well for my family and I. Everything we needed was already there and ready to use. Beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom.

Check in was easy, however there is someone at the hotel that will try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation. I thought it was part of check in. The location was as described. The only big issue our party had was a leaking toilet from the time we checked in until the day before we had to check out. The toilet ended up needing to be replaced, so for a party of 10 with small children, this did make it diffcult to rely on one bathroom. Despite this, I would rent this place again.

Great place for a family vacation

The was not cleaned by housekeeping company as evidenced by dirty duvets/sheets with stains, sharks teeth/sand, as well as dead flies on living room chairs and previous guests child's shoes/dirty socks laying near balcony sliding door. Also, handle to sliding door was broken off and we found it on the dining table. The manager at the rental company demonstrated that she did not believe us when we called to report the issue by her repeated phrase of "I'm confused" so we offered to send pictures which she declined. Finally I decided to request a full refund and not accept the room. We reserved another room directly through the hotel.

The location was awesome, the resort had so many activities we didn’t even get to everything, management was awesome and very timely. As far as the room it is a great room, however it was not very clean. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the sheets had brown stains all over them in one of the rooms, the handle was laying on the floor for the slider door, there was no handle on the dryer, the shower curtains had mold on them, and there was a dead roach laying right in the middle of the bathroom floor. Aside from the cleanliness of the room everything was great and we enjoyed our time there.

The only compliant I have is the washer/dryer combo was VERY difficult to use. My relative so happens to have the exact one and was able to get it started. This is literally my only compliant.
