Not enough utensils in the kitchen, nothing to strain pasta and knives were dull. Received about 7 emails telling me what I can't do and instructions for the key referenced photos that were not there. Surprise there's not parking unless you pay an extra 50 dollars. This was the negative icing on the cake. Parking should be included for the price. We felt like a prisoner with all the restrictions and warnings. Not sure I'll be back or use verbonagai

This was a half way travel stop for me and great few days to unwind before moving on. I really enjoyed walking downtown. There is a local Fresh Thyme Market so I could get anything I needed. I dined once at a wonderful Greek Restaurant. The weather was warm and sunny every day! Couldn’t have asked for more!

The property management will only talk to you through email or the app. When I got to the apartment it said to use the callbox outside the lobby. I had to look up a name in the directory and then you hear it call a number. An automated voice tells you to enter a code. I hadn't been given this code, so I was standing outside the entrance on the sidewalk with all my luggage trying to email them back and forth on my phone. I emailed my phone number and asked them to call me, but they wouldn't. I tried calling the number they had listed and it went straight to voicemail. After like 20 minutes a woman who lived in the apartment took pity on me and let me in. Otherwise, I don't know if I would have ever gotten inside. When they did finally send the code, I tried it on the callbox and never could get it to work. Parking is pretty terrible. There's metered parking for $1.75/hr with a 5-hour max. You can't use the parking garage for the building. There's a lot behind some businesses that's usually full and sign says it's just for customers and you will get towed. Lots of drunk people because lots of bars nearby. The neighbor directly above was blaring loud music past midnight and I finally got dressed, went up there and banged on the door to ask him to stop. Whole apartment reeked of weed and he was obviously stoned. He turned it down a little but it was still loud and then started blaring it again at 7am. Mattress was hard. Terrible experience overall. The apartment was clean.
