Great house for our family and teenage kids. Clean, spacious , with a kitchen well stocked to cook a few meals. We love a bathroom upstairs and down. Tub in downstairs. Was in a main road but not too noisy for sleeping or watching TV. I would stay here again.

STAY AWAY!! Where do I begin? -Had to contact VRBO 6 hours before check in because I still hadn’t received check in info or the code. Host contacted and said they usually send out at 10a (it was 9:46, but none of this had been communicated and is not standard from any other reservation I’ve ever done). “Guidebook” for the house was sent, but link was literally incomplete with dashes through it. Let host know this and they never resent. When they sent the check in info, it had the wrong guest name on it, and they said it was because they misspelled (wasn’t even close), and that was only a concern because they go off your phone number for the entrance code and wanted to make sure it was the right one. Directions were unclear and described duplex with second story entrance with numeric lockbox. Second story entrance was up rickety stairs around back with no lockbox. Lockbox was eventually found on first story entrance. Floor is literally falling through in multiple places (it actually is bowed and bows even more when you step on it and you can feel there is no subfloor, only the surface planks). Front porch is also bowed and falling through. Legitimately think it would be condemned if inspected. Part of house is virtually inaccessible for anyone over 5’2”, as I even had to literally turn my head and body sideways to travel up and down the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. Best part was when they changed the checkout time to an hour earlier (10a instead of 11) via email at 949a

Mohegan Sun and the RI beaches on my 'to do' list for awhile. Retired so on a significant budget. Saw this vacation rental and it totally fit with what I was looking for, great price, location of close to Mohegan and 40 minutes to RI beaches. This is not on a quiet neighborhood street, take notice, you WILL hear the cars and trucks go by. Other than that, it is a fanstastic vacation rental. Super duper clean.. spotless. Very well appointed with fun and cool artwork, mirrors, AC in every bedroom. Owners were really good at communication. One of the coolest things is there is an upper floor 'apartment' feeling area. 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small livingroom area so great if you have a group that would benefit from spreading out. There are 2 sets of stairs, steep but managable. For the price and the location close to Mohegan you can not go wrong. Restaurant across the street with very good food and a Cumbys almost right next door. Would def recommend.
