A wonderful configurative for 4 families, plenty of common space, roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, excellent location close to the beach, overall outstanding. The only suggestion we would have is to replace the tired carpeting.

This House was very Clean, Spacious & Comfortable. We had a small maintenance issue but it was resolved very quickly.We will Definitely choose Sucoast Rentals next year 2024!!️ Thank Youu😘

We booked to celebrate our daughter’s 30th birthday so we had a total of 7 adult guests. The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate us all. Beautifully furnished with clean updated furnishings. Two large decks with peeks of both ocean and bay. Even though you weren’t actually on the water, you still had a sense of it. Loved all the windows and glass doors! Very open and bright. Lots of room for parking. We had 3 trucks and 2 golf carts! Great location and just around the corner from beach accesses. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. We hope to come back to Latimer House!
