The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was absolutely amazing of the waterway, bridge and golf course. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the view. The amenities were better than we imagined with indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, beautiful grounds and games. Kitchen had all we needed. This is a great place to stay - no complaints!!!

We were not greeted warmly at the Grand Dunes by the front desk folks. They said they did not support VRBO units and we could have a seat and they would get loss prevention to bring unit keys. They would not answer questions as it was not their job but we could call the unit manager at VROB. I ask that the fireplace be lighted as it was cold and they did not support any type of maintenance in the unit. The phone did not work so we would have to walk down it we needed bell captain assistance. We were not permitted to bring a cart up to the unit because it was the bellman’s job. I just felt like we were on our own. They told us if we rented from the hotel we would have full service. That was an annoying and an inconvenience. I thought the owners and VRBO should know about our experience.

I stayed here 45 nights as I was waiting to close on a new home. The condo is as pictured and the host communicated well.

This was a very nice property, very clean and all the amenities we needed. The balcony sits over a marina where you can see the boats and jetskies and such a beautiful view in the front and back.. Me and the Family enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely come back...

I really enjoyed the peacefulness of this property. No one was yelling or smoking on balconies and we really enjoyed the less crowded beach and music by the pool.

Our family had been scheduled to travel to th Bahamas this week but, due to an expired passport, was forced to make an emergency pivot to a beach in the U.S. after hastily picking a hotel in Myrtle Beach, we flew out next day only to find the hotel to be underwhelming, at best. I immediately found Janet's VRBO and grabbed it for the remainder of our trip. The hotel, condo were top notch, clean and uncrowded when compared to other hotels on Myrtle Beach. They had a shuttle running in every 15min to an uncrowded private beach with free umbrella and chairs. It was a complete turn around for the better. Thank you Janet for saving our beach vacation!

Great time and a great location. The condo was clean and ready on time. Janet’s kept constant email communications and always answered our questions. We will be back!

The property was beautiful! Everything was as pictured. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Stunningly beautiful. Less than 4 miles to the MB Boardwalk. And the host was fantastic and super responsive. Will be back!!
