Very spacious house with lots of beds and room for large group. However, property seems to be in transition and in need of additional seating and kitchen supplies. Owner is working on house and will be a beautiful property when complete.

We enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was watching the water and the birds. The house has plenty of room for large groups. We stayed at the house over Thanksgiving Break. There was plenty of space for everyone with the two tables and the bar stools. The kitchen has plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, and place settings. It did not have a good selection of pots and pans. There was plenty of bedding and towels for our group. We were confused by the blow up hot tub and above ground pool that was dug into the ground. Not what we were expecting for a home worth over a million dollars in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Corpus. We were also surprised by the window units for the AC. Not what I expecting for King's Crossing and shocked that window units would be allowed. I took a star off for all the empty boxes and construction materials in the garage. We would stay again if we need to host a large gathering again.

The house is incredible. Very nice and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owner was very friendly to deal with.
The only reason i gave 4 stars on clean property is because there is still some construction going on so there are materials in the garage and the back yard. It was all out of the way for us though. Absolutely loved it so did my friends. Well worth the cost

We did not stay one night ac was bad so we moved the mattresses just to find out all of the mattresses and some pillows had bed bugs contacted the owner and didnt get much help and would not refund us for our bad experience and for ruining our family vacation would not want another family to go through what we did

The house is beautiful and spacious. My family of 8 adults and 8 children enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to stay together. One of my grandkids made the comment: "Isn't it great to live together". Thank you for allowing us to stay.

House was beautiful, nice neighborhood there were few roaches spotted guessing from the lake in the back hot tub didnt work, when we booked ad said great for weddings and receptions ,1 day before arrival i got a text saying no music , no more than 7 cars in driveway and went to look and they changed ad, i text the property manager and he said hoa was cracking down so we had to rent another place to have reception like the house wasnt expensive enough , we made it happen and well now we know and also front door was messed up

House had everything we needed and was great quality. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were big and nice.

Bih house with plenty of space and Could use a little better seating in living room to accommodate 8 adults and bigger kitchen and was well equipped.
Everything was available as advertised in the amenities and pool table,spa etc.

The house was very nice! It was a total of 14 of us who stayed in the home for 3 days and everyone was very comfortable. Only complaint was a lack of some supplies in the kitchen/general use stuff (ex. paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags) But overall our stay here was great, and hope to plan to book with host again :)

Perfect for our group of 14. Beds were comfy and the whole house was spacious. Shared rooms were big enough for everyone to gather. Kitchen was well supplied and plenty of bathrooms for all.

Absolutely loved this property. It was very spacious and clean. Mike’s communication from the day of booking to the day of checking in was spot on he was very prompt to replying to any concerns I had. I would definitely book again!!

Overall, our stay was very nice. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and very beautiful.
The kitchen was missing some basic amenities such as dish towels, salt, pepper, sugar, or any basic spices to cook with. There are also some utensils that can be added such as a cocktail shaker and wisk.
Although, we did not use it, the hot tub did not heat up.
Other than those few items, our stay was very nice. Thank you to the host for providing a beautiful house!

We had between 2 and 17 people sleeping there and up to 22 there. We were all out of town guests in Corpus for a wedding, the size and locatiin of the home made it an excellent place for all of us to be able to gather and never felt crowded. The cousins/siblings loved the pool table and the adults loved the open spaces to visit. It stated at the time I rented that it was a new listing, there were a few minor hiccups that I attribute to that. The host was very responsive to any questions. The only disappointment we had was that it stated that it was a fully stocked kitchen but we had to go buy basics to be able to utilize the kitchen. Of course this can also be attributed to a new listing and we gave more detailed feedback to the host regarding this. Overall this was an great stay and provided the gathering space we would not have had in a hotel room. Would definitely book again if the need arose.
