Comfortable easy location. Would stay there again

Horrible!! I've gotten nothing but false information from day 1. Someone tells me 1 thing, another tells me something else. Upon arrival, things appear nice & clean. On closer inspection, dining table had all shorts of spots and marks which were covered up with table mats. Dining chair were filthy. Bar stool were filty. Some silverwares were filthy. Some blankets were filthy - dark spot and blotches that looked like crap residue, all over. Under the pillow case, some of these "white" pillows had yellow and brown blotches all over. I stopped keeping track after this. Things they lied and/or misinformed me about at time of booking. 1. Description says 3 bedrooms, then immediately under that, it says 4 bedroom - Nope only 3 rooms. 2. Sends me a link showing check-in is after 4pm - On day of check-in, tells me check-in is 5pm "and has always been that way". 3. Sleeps 25 max - DO NOT go with more than 12 people. Now they upped to "sleeps 30". 4. Tells me there's additional roll up beds and air matresses on site - Requested for air mattresses (because there wasn't enough beds for every one). Was told i must've misunderstood because the roll up and air mattress were the "same thing". BS! 5. Two rooms were combined into 1 to make 1 great big room to sleep large groups - The "Great room" was probably no bigger than 200/250 sq ft, with the island, dining table and counters taking up 60% of the space. There's so much more, my comment is limited, I dont have space to list everything.

This was a nice place to stay, close to the beach, clean, comfortable, and plenty of space.

The was great for our family trip.

There is no cancelation refund and I can see why! The remodeled house was not done to a workmanship quality, the flooring has gaps at the seams and the entryway flexes when you step on it. The house was not clean: feet were dirty after walking on floor and debris along kickboards, Furniture is dirty and falling apart, windows rusty with ant bait in the corners and curtains have holes. There is NO way this house could keep 25 people let alone parking for that many people. The house has a noise sensor that sent us notice at 7pm for music and dancing in the kitchen. The reservation process was the worse of any vacation house we have stayed at. Check in was at 4pm and we didn’t get the code until then and then received an email we couldn’t be there there until 5 until we sent the manager a email showing it told us 4. The 35 $ pet fee is taxed as an occupancy 14%. We did not receive the check out info until after the check out time of 10am. We requested a late check out and was told they do not do that and we were out by 9:30. This house is way over priced for what it is and where it it is.

This is a great location, the house is comfortable and is near to everything I need.

I recently stayed at this vacation home rental in Crescent City and it was a fantastic experience! The property was well-maintained and beautifully furnished, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. We had 14 in our group and it was a bit tight but we were able to make it work with the extra roll away beds they provide, and they also have little partitions to make sleeping in the living area more private. Backyard had a nice suprise with firepit, gazebo, and trampoline. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood that was just a short drive away from some of the area's best attractions, including Redwood National and State Parks and the beautiful beaches along the coast. The owner recommended Ocean World which was a huge hit with the family. We loved being able to explore the local area during the day and then come back to the comfort of our vacation home in the evenings. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed before and during our stay. We felt well taken care of and appreciated the attention to detail that was put into making our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this vacation home rental and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Crescent City.
