Nice and new hotel. Well located. Staff not so great.

We’ve stayed here twice with my service dog and it’s been great. We never have any issues. Very quiet, everyone is nice, no one bothers you. Front desk staff is fun and so incredibly sweet every time I need something they never got annoyed or mad. I’m very needy too. Would recommend

Corporate has changed things. Website said free coffee/tea service plus coffeemaker in the room. Neither of these were true.
Could not get extra pillows because they're weren't any. They were on order.

No room service. Checked out early, and they didn’t refund any nights that we didn’t stay. Still in the back and forth process with expedia to get those days refunded.

What I liked about this property was how quiet the area was. My room was also quiet and I was able to get to sleep. What I didn't like was the check in procedure. I understand people would like to get off work at a certain time, but if this is the case, don't take anymore bookings after 8:00. I walked in with another gentleman, and we did not get a warm welcome.

They have to extend more the hours of the counter services for example if I want to make a check in at 9pm I can't because the counter services are closed.

Their is a kitchenette but nothing I mean nothing is available. You have to purchase it and it is expensive for small kitchen

We stayed here for just over 2 months, the property is brand new but I feel they went just barely to code on the building walls. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors clearly on both sides. That is my only gripe about our stay.

The only thing we didn't like was the THIN WALLS of every room. You can literally hear everything in the next room. There is NO WAY these rooms were built to code.
When your neighbors on each side are arguing or their dogs are barking at all hours its hard to sleep or relax after a long day.

I was in the Jacksonville area working remotely for several weeks at an Airbnb but had to switch where I was staying as I was staying longer in the area, Found this newer hotel property easily off the 295 and near many things. The staff are friendly and helpful and my room was perfect for what I needed for me and my small dog.
