Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs. Hotel appearance was nice and very clean.

The desk staff were awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. The only thing the hotel can improve on is adding more variety to their breakfast. It’s time to quit using Covid as an excuse for not having things included, such as eggs, bacon, sausage. We have been at other hotels on this trip and all of those things were available. That is my only complaint.

Very clean and the check in and check out process was very simple and the front desk staff was very friendly. The only issue we encountered was at breakfast. The lady working in the breakfast area was rude to us and to other guests. We let her know the waffle batter was empty and she acted angry and then she didn’t fill it for about another 30 mins.

Nice hotel just across the street from the Casino. As we were checking in a gentleman came back to the lobby saying his room was not ready for his check in. Sent every one behind the counter in high alert to get it fixed fro him, which was nice to see. The staff was very nice and our room was clean. Wish the breakfast was till 10:30 instead of 9:30, but now I know.

We got there early and wanted to get something to eat at the casino. It was no problem to leave the car there until we checked in after 3.

This hotel is very nice. It's across the street from the casino and the rate is half the price as staying at Harrah's. The breakfast buffet could have more options, but it was adequate.

Really close and accessible to the casino went and seen a show at the Harrah’s and it worked perfect for walking back and forth.

This place is probably the best place I have stayed at for the price! Grounds are very clean and comfortable. Room is very spacious not like a hotel more like an apartment. I recommend renting a room here before the standard hotel.

Overall the stay was good. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The property appeared clean and well maintained with the exception of the dining and breakfast prep area. Observed bugs (roaches) crawling on the countertop where guests prepare and cook their breakfast. Kitchen staff should spend more effort cleaning than chatting.

We stayed on the second floor....the hallway had just a slight hint of a musty smell but not in the room.
Room was clean and well maintained.
Parking was easy and convenient.

The mattress beside the window had a lot of wear and tear and was not comfortable. My reservation was for three people and did not have enough towels or washcloths in the room. The gentleman at the front counter told me all I had to do is call and I could get some more. my reply to him I shouldn’t have to when you knew what my reservation was for. More likely will not stay at this hotel again.

It was a beautiful stay. The only complaint is there was no real protein options for breakfast. Majority of items were not good for a diabetic.

Insufficient Continental Breakfasts .. Ran out of regular coffee .. No bacon or sausage, only waffles and bagels .. Dining area crowded .. Sink Faucet too close to back of sink (Room 408) .. hard to use when shaving or brushing teeth .. Staff were friendly and helpful ... Always had to ask for sufficient number of wash cloths ... Overall average rating ...

One weakness is the wifi is quite spotty and if that's a factor beware. Was a minor negative for our needs.

Room was clean. We were 5 minutes late for breakfast and the member of staff was quite rude saying it was too late for a continental breakfast (self made waffle). We then watch the member of staff cleaning the waffle maker by blowing on it. This is not very hygienic in my opinion.
