I like the hassle free check in. We checked in anytime.
The beds. It was a double deck bed but I booked for a couple room. Hindi kami nakatulog ng maayos ni Mr dahil sa sobrang liit at sikip ng bed

The place or unit is inside the subdivision but it's near the gate.My family and I like the quietness of the surroundings we had a good night sleep no noises all you can hear is the chirping of birds during early morning the price is reasonable enough for us as a family.the host is quick to respond during on line chat for quiries and also for reminders
it's not accessible by public transportation and no nearby stores or resto etc because it's inside the subdivision its a good thing we have a vehicle.The blankets need improvement it's so thin

Lower rate, location is accessible. quiet neighborhood, free parking ( I don’t mind the walk to the clubhouse).
there was a leak in the lavatory of the CR, no wifi.

Parking is a bit far from the apartment.
there was a lot of items on the room which I believe a care taker brush,deo, soap and etc.
said that there was pool but its on maintenance at the time one of reason why we booked it on the 1st place.
