We enjoyed our little family getaway for the holiday! Loved the location, the neighborhood and we were very comfortable here with plenty of room for us to choose to relax and read, play board games or watch tv. Would definitely come back.

It was the perfect place for a family Christmas. Not only was there enough communal space for enjoying each other‘s company, everyone had their own space and bathroom to get away from each other from time to time! Would definitely highly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful cottage with my adult children and our family dog was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the serene lake that stretched out before us. The natural beauty of the surroundings instantly put us at ease. The host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality were evident in every aspect of our stay. From providing helpful recommendations for local activities to ensuring the cottage was stocked with everything we needed, they truly exceeded our expectations. The cottage itself was a cozy haven. It was well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could have wished for. Whether we were lounging in the family room, preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or simply enjoying the tranquil setting from the porch, every moment felt like a slice of paradise. Spending quality time with my adult children and our beloved family dog in such a perfect setting created lasting memories for all of us. We found ourselves reluctant to leave and are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to return. A group of researchers stayed here while conducting studies on Lake Whatcom. The house was comfortable and a nice spot to relax after long days on the water. The neighborhood is quiet, which was a plus for us. Emma was very helpful and accommodating. Pleasant all around.

Amazing, peaceful, beautiful scenic cabin by the lake. We had a great time here as a family during our 4 day stay. The neighbours were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The resourceful and thoughtful owners left us with access to a kayak and paddle board among other recreational items. Would definitely recommend others to stay here. One thing that could improve is having less rules for self- cleanup before checking out, either get the hired cleaners to do it or think about omitting/reducing the cleaning fee!

We loved our stay at the Lake View Chalet! The proximity to the lake cannot be beat. The home had lots of space and little touches that made it super comfortable. The communication with Emma was a breeze as was the check-in/check out process. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an excellent time at this property. The is a good amount of space to hang out and relax. There are also tons of beds. The lake views are amazing. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is quite a ways from town, but we never were worried about theft or issues. The parking situation isn't ideal. Fitting 4 cars may be a stretch in the description. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Thank you so much.
