Fabulous location - a 5 min walk across the road and through gorgeous native bush, to a perfect white sand beach. And no big crowds! The house is well equipped and comfortable, every room has a ceiling fan - ensuring a great sleep. Fantastic for families with lots of games and entertainment.

This property, Beaches and Green, is very close to Blenheim Beach which is a lovely calm beach for young kids. It's also a short drive to cafes, supermarkets and other wonderful beaches such as Huskisson, Hyams or Greenpatch in Booderee National Park. We visited all of these during our stay, there is so much more to do we didn't have time! It was also lovely to have car-free days and just wonder through a short bush path to the beach. Members of our party also enjoyed walking and jogging along the coastal track. Vincentia is a great location to be based on Jervis Bay, and this property is especially quiet. The house was lovely, beds comfortable, quiet neighbourhood, location to beach great. Driveway steep. Couldn’t understand how to use the the kayak wheel transporter - some instructions would good. A small outside clothesline would also be beneficial and reduce dryer usage. The umbrella is heavy and timber splitting. It may require replacement with lighter and more positionable/tilt umbrella at some stage. Hair dryer 2nd bathroom not working.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beaches and Green. The house was perfect for us with everything you could need. Decked out beautifully, and neat as a pin. The location was amazing, being close to nature and Blenheim Beach. Ines was very prompt and welcoming with her communication. Nothing was a bother.
