My wife and I loved being here. It was very close to our son and daughter-in-law and THE NEW BABY!!! We needed help to get in late our first night because of an airline flight that was delayed about 2 1/2 hrs and our hosts accommodated for us graciously. They even had a few house warming gifts for us. The whole place was immaculate. We will be staying here when we come to Seattle to visit our family in the future!!

Very nice stand alone cottage, well set up, very comfortable bed. Sunset Hill Park, which has great views over Puget Sound and on clear days, the Olympic Peninsula is just a few blocks away. Very nice neighborhood.

This was a great experience for us. Communication with the host was very quick, the place was nice and clean and comfortable. Parking was abundant and the neighborhood was quiet. Exactly what we needed, we will be back to stay again!

Spotless, very pretty inside and out. Imagine my surprise when I needed an ice pack and there was one in the freezer. Comfortable bed.
Kitchen is well equipped. Excellent quality.
Quiet location. Private garden outdoor area/ patio. Nice shrubbery, some flowers in bloom.
Parking reliably available right in front of the house.
Absolutely top quality. Easy to communicate with owners, very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay! The Guest House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. It also had a lovely patio to enjoy :)

We had a great stay. Ballard is a nice, safe area as a base for seeing all the Seattle sights. The house was spotless and the hosts accommodating and friendly.

We loved our stay in this ideal location with friendly hosts and all the creature comforts one needs. The neighborhood is quiet and alley parking a convenient plus. We hope to stay again!

We stayed for a week here and fell in LOVE with ballard and the property. Since the owners live on the property it's easy to ask for special requests and they will have lovely reccomendations for food/activities/etc. Will be staying here again!
