The Sleep Inn & Suites Emmitsburg was a pleasant, easy stay. Very clean. Bed, sheets, pillows and towels were comfortable, clean and fresh. A great value.

Indoor pool was closed ... i did know that before booking however no work was being done to get it working again .

Hotel and Room was clean. Pool out of service and breakfast was not more than mini-muffins, yogurt, cereal or waffles. Bed was comfortable. Room was nothing fancy and shower did not drain very well but other than that overall was not bad⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Older property! Pool not working mechanical problems! Room not ready at checkin time

Looks nice from the outside but it’s an property on the inside. Couldn’t connect to wi-if, pillows were awful, and I’m pretty sure there was a mouse wandering around at night. I heard squeaking sounds and rustles of the trash bag. Could also hear people and doors constantly, despite running a sound machine. Definitely wasn’t worth the expensive price per night.

Our stay was great. You should have microwaves in the rooms. Too far to walk to the lobby. This is important for people with dietary restrictions.

Air conditioner in room would not stay on had to keep getting up to turn it back on, most of the lights in the room did not work, shower didnt work, bed was awful, the floor would have been more comfortable than the cheap matress.

It was fine. No complaints, though the facility was a bit dated.

The online description stated that an indoor pool was available, but we found out when we visited that the pool had not worked in roughly 4 years. That was a reason we chose the hotel. Also, the breakfast depicted on the website was far from what was available, and also had not been available since the pandemic. The healthy options in the pictures was another reason we chose the hotel. Based on these reasons, we would not choose this hotel again. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite and accommodating.

The a/c in the room was not up to par and there was nowhere to move us, so we had to sleep with only a sheet to keep from being too hot.... for the price the breakfast is very poor with minimal selections....and there is no mention of a 100-dollar deposit

It was disappointing that so many things weren't working - the pool, the ice machine on the 2nd floor, the water fountains, etc. In addition, there were a couple of bugs in the bedroom; not bed bugs, but still distracting!

The staff was friendly but this place really needs a lot of maintenance and upgrades. The pool was closed saying that it was close for maintenance. None of the water fountains worked. They were all out of order. Only one ice machine worked on the main floor. The ones on the second and third floors were broken. The hotel sits way back off the highway and it's dark and there's barely any lighting outside. All of the lights are pretty much burnt out in the parking lot. For as much as we paid there was barely anything for breakfast, cereal, a waffle, toast, banana or apple. Also, and the room we had the air conditioning unit rattled all night. It was very loud.

The property wasn’t dirty however. We had to continually ask for new towels and washcloths every day. We had to take our own trash out. Our beds were only made twice but the sheets were never changed. Only the bottom floor ice maker works. The pool has been closed “since precovid” but front desk told another family it cracked and recently closed. The bathroom vent doesn’t work, some of the light switches don’t work. The staff wasn’t helpful when complaints were made. The manager never showed up to address any concerns. Horrible place to stay, don’t recommend.

The carpet in the elevator and room was in bad need of a cleaning. We were charged a $50 deposit (on top of our complete room rate we already paid Expedia!) before we checked into our room to secure for “damages.’ We are in our 70s; we don’t damage hotel properties. Our bathroom door didn’t close properly so we let them know. Before we checked out, they actually inspected our room!!! If we hadn’t told them about our malfunctioning bathroom door, I’m afraid we wouldn’t have gotten our $50 deposit back. Not a welcoming area, the building is in need of upgrades.

I was very pleased with the room and the cost. They had a good breakfast. I was very happy with this hotel.

The pool was down and we would have enjoyed a smoking room. Everything else was number 1. Well satisfied.

Staff was okay, but building seemed ran down, dirty carpet and a strange odor. Seems a little out dated.
