Host/owners refused to accept our cancellation and provide a refund after border was closed to Rocky point by US government. US embassy warned Americans not to travel through other borders as Americans were being attacked and murdered. In addition, one of the other borders was flooded. Host refused to cancel and refund us stating they traveled there and their family made it fine. Had no consideration that I was traveling for other families and although they may have made it, this is our first time there and our families could have been murdered. Other family members booked at three other condos at the same hotel and all were canceled and refunded.
House also refused to refund half of my money. Although I requested to cancel within the allotted time to get half of my refund back. Jose emailed me and asked me to extend my cancellation and see if the border would open. After agreeing to wait then they said I canceled too late. I suggest you book with the other hosts, not this one.

A perfect location. Loved the spacious patio to hang out. We reserved two rentals next to each other and it worked perfectly for our group. Everything was clean and the staff checked in daily to freshen up the space for us. We enjoyed using the outdoor grills for our evening meals. Can't wait to return!

This unit was the best, short walk to the lazy river, pool bar, and the beach. Unit was clean and stocked. Housekeeping was awesome. All around great place to stay with your family. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again!!

This was our first time staying in Phase 2 as we usually stay in Phase 1 and it was just as lovely.
This ground floor unit was in the perfect location and very accessible and I don't think I would ever not stay on the ground floor as well.
The unit has all the amentities needed. We had a bit of an issue with the A/C but that has happened in the past and maintaince is quick to resolve the issue. There bedrooms were nice. The one bedroom with the twin bed is small. We bought a child's cot to put in there and there was no room but the kids did enjoy the pull out sleeper sofa.
Overall, great stay and great unti!

Everything was great, the only thing that was kind of odd was the tiny bedroom with a twin bed.

Beautifully set up condo on the first floor. It was perfect for our group and very comfy! The patio was nice to walk directly out to the pool or to the parking lot. It worked out perfectly.

The entire family enjoy the stay! It was great being able to walk out the back and let the kids play in the little pool just feet away from the patio. Plenty of room for the 6 of us! Also, the owner was very responsive :)

Beautiful condo with all the amenities needed. Came out for a summer trip and had a blast. Loved the location of this condo and the convenience of being on the first floor. We will definitely be back.

Condo had plenty of room with the extra small bedroom. Access was easy on the first floor so we could also go out the back instead of walking all the way around during the day. Had a great time.
