La verdad, lo que más me gustó es la situación . Acceso "privado" desde el Hotel directamente al agua. El estar en el centro del pueblo tiene muchas comodidades.

Lo único malo es el parking que no hay cerca.

Check-in was smooth. Very informative. Amazing location, Just like being on a ship. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Rooms are modern and a kettle with Tea and Coffee provided. Sun terrace is amazing with steps straight into the sea.

Most of the staff were friendly and professional. Decent choice of breakfasts. Excellent views. Very nice location. Nice bar.

Some of the staff were rude and unprofessional. Not very clean in the hotel (Situated on a dusty sandy beach so I imagine it's impossible to keep clean.) I'm not sure, but I don't think that the bedding was changed very often in the 15 nights that we stayed there.

Very hard to find park place near to hotel, so many cars. We did not get a room with balcony.

The location is great and the sea view is just breathtaking! Stuff is very friendly and trying to help. The terrace is nice and convenient. A lot of restaurants around.

The room doesn't have an AC and it's a nightmare. There was a fan, but it didn't save the situation. We had to sleep with an open window, even though it was very noisy outside. Breakfast is fine if you stay for 2 days. But eating eggs 7 days in a row is just impossible, so I don't recommend to have breakfasts here if you are staying for more than several days, the choice is extremely limited. The drain in the shower was clogged. When we reported the issue, there were some works to have it fixed, though it didn't really help.

Very good hotel and staff, the location was amazing, you could hear the waves on the shore and it was no longer than a few 100 meters from a great surf and windsurf location.

The bed could be more comfy. thin mattressess for tall people. But could be worse.

Great location literally on the sea; El Medano is a small and very pleasant town ideal for families with young children or older people. No night clubs or rowdy pubs so not attractive to young sprogs.

No air conditioning

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Not the most modern but I knew this before booking. I had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely, the sea is literally underneath. Friendly staff, spotless rooms with comfortable beds. Great sun terrace where you can eat breakfast or sunbathe. Beach towels provided at no cost. Breakfast was good with the usual offerings. A microwave is available (I popped mine in it for a minute because I like my food hot). I know El Medano well which is why I chose the hotel - its a very chilled town with a great beach and a great vibe - predominantly Canarian/Spanish with European visitors - you won't find British bars/restaurants here if that's what you're looking for. Only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Los Cristianos. I had a perfect stay. Thank you.

Located on the beach with brilliant views and a very lively area. Shops and restaurants close by and bus stop is extremely close too. Overall good hotel.

It feels like you're on a ship with a sun deck extending out over the sea and the constant sound of the waves. Breakfast had good choice . Lunch was excellent - croquetas and gambas. 3 euro for glass of cava! Superior seaview room was big and airy and bright with a balcony and views of Montana Roja. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend. We chose it as we had a late flight and it's only 10 min drive form airport.
