The kitchen is large, well equipped and allows for several cooks at the same time. The FP provides a cozy feel and wood is provided. The jacuzzi was also enjoyed several days during our stay. Plus the location is great with easy access to restaurants, groceries and highways. My only request is that an additional shovel be placed in the garage. We didn’t find the existing shovel until our last day as someone put it on the front deck and it was hidden from view. Because we didn’t find the shovel we were unable to clear the snow packed steps to the front door so we could only use the garage entrance. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Good location. Liked the living room and kitchen area. Nice hot tub. One of the showers wasn’t working, and when we called the managing company they said maintenance would come fix it which never happened so we had to go to Lowe’s then repair it ourselves.

The home at 31 Buffalo Drive was so cozy, comfortable, beautiful, etc. It offered everything we needed/wanted and more. The amount of space and comfort was crazy! The beds and beddings were super special. The water pressure and showers were awesome. The hot tub was an oasis. We went on vacation to see a lot of Colorado and enjoyed our lodging just as much if not more than the Colorado adventure.

Everything top drawer; appliances, kitchen state of the art. Loved the hot tub and the parking. Stairs were a severe challenge for 76 and 86 year olds. PROPERTY MANAGERS exceptionally responsive. Hot tip: improve quality of toilet paper.

Reviewer Comments: We were in CO for a family wedding and this condo was perfect.One thing I would mention, and it may have been that I did t red the listing properly...the basement bathroom is accessed via the room with the futon. So if someone is sleeping on the futon, someone sleeping in the bedroom has to tiptoe past them to use the bathroom.

We had the best time here. The location was perfect - even had 2 baby moose bed down in the backyard for hours on our last morning. The hottub is perfect and the neighbors are super friendly if you happen to run into them. Use the blinds in the main room if it gets too hot in the morning, we found that out too late. But otherwise, clean, fun and unique property with great views!

A good vacation home for a family. Just a couple of minor inconveniences that did not impact our stay. Ignitor to one of the stove top burners not working, but found a lighter to use. Also, could not get the key out of the lock box, but we came in and out through the garage. Overall a nice place to stay. Private hot tub was a bonus. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property could have been cleaned better but there was a vacuum in the house so we did it. Location was great, home was warm and inviting, the kitchen was well stock with all appliances that you would normally use in your own home and bathrooms had plenty of linens. We would stay here again for sure. Only had one issue and that was with the hot tub.

I would definitely use Summit county retreats for future vacation getaways!

Would definitely stay here again, close to mountains and shops making it easy to get around. Enough room for everyone, with a big kitchen to make family dinners easy.

The only potential complaint was the amount of stairs if you have people with mobility issues since there are no bedrooms on the main level. Otherwise it was great.

The house was very clean and warm when we got there, easy access to enter the home. Close to nearby towns and shops. Beds were comfortable and all the linen was clean and smelling fresh My kids loved the chimney and enjoyed it while we were there

We had several kids staying here and they all loved the XBox and Wii that was here. It was a great surprise. The hot tub was the reason why we chose the rental and it did not disappoint. It was plenty big for all of us. The kitchen was amazing and provided everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the window stay!

Property was clean and very nicely stocked with blankets, dishes, firewood and VERY much appreciated the humidifiers that wwre provided for every room as they greatly helped with the altitude and drier air. Living room was very comfy with fireplace & accomodating seating. The only complaint I have is that the thermostats reset themselves every night at 10pm, so we'd have to go around and turn them all back up from 65 degrees, which meant the house never got fully warm & our 3 year old styed in the bottom floor bedroom which meant it could be very cold for him. Probably a fixable issue so I would definitely recommend this place & stay again. Beds were all very comfy and it was a great place!

We stayed here for our wedding ceremony in Dillon. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and were surprised with how large the space was! There was plenty of space in the main spaces and the bedrooms were huge too. The ones upstairs had their own bathrooms too which was great. It was a quiet area with amazing views of the mountains off the decks. The only things that we noticed, which didn't change our perspective of the home, was we couldn't get the check in box open. It wasn't a big deal because we just went in and out of the garage. And the doors to the deck would stick open and were difficult to close. Other than that is was a great, affordable and clean option for our group!

The kids had their own space downstairs to watch movies and play video games while the adults chilled in the hot tub under the stars. What more can you ask for?? The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all manner of utensils and cookware and there is a huge table to sit around and eat while sunlight pours in through the many windows. Having a mudroom downstairs accessible via private parking garage was awesome and would've been a lifesaver if we were there during ski season. The place really checked all the boxes! Two couples' rooms upstairs with private bathrooms, kids' area downstairs with queen and double bunks, and multiple balconies for enjoying the Colorado views...perfection. Also appreciated ability to check out late!
