Too much limitations. 1. First time time travel this place for family reunions and relatives visits is not allow. 2. Every place I travel I like have few drinks at night before bed here is not allow. 3. Parking limitations “parking on the streets never is 100% safe. This property needs to add all this limitations on the booking site. Traveling equal vacation., so it’s about have a good time right. It’s my first time renting a room on a house and could never will happen again. “Rules could be more flexible. Everything with moderation is not bad to be so strictly.” Sorry guys.

I had a great stay here! It was located in a very good area and the host was very accommodating. I got there a lot later than expected and he waited for me to check me in. A great spot to stay for solo travelers!

horrible experience. I booked one month in advance my trip a room with in suite bathroom. Few days before the departure I received a very annoying message informing me to cancel the booking because the host wasn't sure that I was going to show and pay at the due date. After talking with the Booking.com customer service they confirmed that the booking was confirmed. I arrived to Tampa after 20 hours travelling, very tired for the jetlag and the host told me that the room was not available and that the only room available was with shared toilet. I complained that was not the agreement but I had not another choice than to accept the room available . I asked for a price reduction and he first said that he vas going to give me a total cost of 200USD against the 240 total agreed on the Booking.com and than he charge, with an excuse the taxes and in the end the total has been 226 USD. Not at all a real discount for a mistake that was not on my side. Very unfear and disappointing behaviour. I do not recommend to look for accommodation with this Host.
