Everything was perfectly. From the delicious breakfast to the organization of tours. Very nice place with excellent service.

Incredible Casa Basa. The best hotel we have stayed in the entire Philippines and all thanks to the family that runs the business. They make you feel like you are at home. A relaxed and familiar atmosphere. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Hospitality of staff , always focuses in the guest requeriments. Ralf is a friendly person that stay in the small details that make a difference. We will come back!!!

The entire family was really nice and helpful, and Mich was the star! He arranged all our tours, transportation, etc. He was really nice and professional!

The only problem was that it took them forever to prepare breakfast, but enjoy your holidays and take it easy, no stress!

Casa Basa was wonderful! All staff are some welcoming, kind, and friendly. I rented a motorbike to use during my stay, and Mich kindly gave me a quick tutorial on how to use it. The property is a 5-10 minute ride from the main General Luna area, but I preferred this; it was so peaceful and quiet at the accommodation. They were also working to make the Starlink internet even better during my stay—this made it easier for me to get some work done. There were occasional power outages due to the island-wide power issues, but Casa Basa has a backup generator, so things were restored quickly. Breakfasts and smoothies were delicious, and the adorable dogs were also a big plus for me. It was a wonderful stay and I would love to visit again the next time I come to Siargao! Thanks to the whole team!

My only tip would be to make sure not to leave anything on the bathroom floor when you take a shower—sometimes the water makes it all the way across the floor and soaks even the bathmat :)

The whole staff was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. Whatever we needed Mitch and the staff were on top of it (massage, airport transfers, tricycle). It around 5-10 minutes from the town center so just enough quiet. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main road. Rooms were spacious.

Everything was excellent.
