Great service! They set up a Whatsapp group with us immediately after we arrived and they messaged us often to see whether anything was okay. Had a few hiccups with the aircon but they called some people in to fix it immediately. Service 10/10.

We had difficulty communicating with the resort staff initially. But we were so thankful when Mr Leo, the Villa Operations Manager, contacted us and understood the issues we were facing. He assigned a new butler, Vince, who could communicate better in English to attend to us during our 7N stay at Ocean Resort. Mr Leo also arranged for another villa when the pool lights at the one we were residing in were faulty. Leo would recommend places for meals and checked on us occasionally to ensure that we were happy and comfortable with our stay at the villa. The resort concierge, especially Lisa and Sahra were friendly and helpful. A big thank you especially to Mr Leo and Vince, for making our stay at the beautiful Ocean Resort so enjoyable and memorable. Due to the erratic weather conditions, we did not enough time to enjoy and beautiful sand and water activities at the beach. On those few days when the skies were clear, the beach was beautiful.

We absolutely LOVED Vince the Buggy. He was so kind and fun to talk to. The facilities were good and our room was comfortable. The staff followed up on an questions or requests we had to ensure we were sorted. They do their best to make guests comfortable!
