This place is immaculate!! we couldn’t have chosen a better spot, because there isn’t one! If you have a chance to stay here, I highly recommend it!

My adult children and grandchildren came home to Cincinnati, Ohio to visit for the holidays and we wanted to stay in a place where we could be together. Also, my husband and I wanted to get away from our busy city lives and be able to make some precious memories and spend time with our family. This vacation home exceeded our expectations, the home was very clean, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive and well prepared for our arrival. They ensured we had everything we needed to vacation and properly maintain the home during our stay. We can't thank them enough for the time and attention they put into preparing for our visit and making sure we were prepared. This hostess deserves more than a "5", for taking care of me and my family during our staycation. We will return and tell others to book with a property manager who knows how to perfectly run a vacation home and manage it well without taking the fun out of your stay. We can't thank you enough for our stay and we look forward to returning soon. Happy New Year.

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of beds, bathrooms and space for our family. The refrigerator was just the right size for cooking breakfast and dinners. It was 25 minutes to Miami University to visit my daughter. Very comfortable and homey!

Our family has grown and finding a home to stay in has become quite a challenge. We took a chance on a brand new home in Hamilton and it was an absolute grand slam, game winner, Super Bowl champion, etc. Joel and Amy were outstanding hosts and the property was everything advertised and more. Even the neighbors were incredibly nice and stopped by to say hello. We couldn't have been happier and would highly highly recommend staying here. We stay in a whole bunch of VRBO's and this is our new favorite. Great job, you two! One of our grandsons forgot an AirPod and they even mailed it back to us. That is tremendous customer service. You will enjoy your stay!

We had a few issues. The can opener didn't work so we had to stab the lid of all the cans and pry them open with the pliers. The master bathroom sink was clogged and the door leading into the master bathroom wouldn't close.

My fiancé and I had our joint bachelor/ bachelorette party here. Really it was more of just a relaxing weekend getaway as we’re not really “party people” but this place was absolutely perfect. The house is absolutely stunning, the yard and pool were gorgeous, and Amy was amazing and able to answer all of my questions! They provided board games, some pool accessories and fire wood! We have discussed coming back every year and making it a yearly trip for us! We will definitely be staying again!
