New condominium
Tedious check in process. Limited visitor parking space. Had to walk to post box room and then walk back to visitor entrance. No covered walkway (it rained) and had to use car ramp (dangerous).

Mooie kamer met grote bedden, keuken badkamer en washok. Pluspunt is de wasmachine en het balkon. Mooi uitzicht naar de stad maar ook maar de rivier. Douche was prima, bedden en kussens ook!
Met het appartement zelf helemaal niets mis mee
Alles wat in de directe omgeving zit valt tegen. De grote torens waar het appartement zit staat in een bouwvallige buurt. Ouwe vervallen pandjes. Naast de toren staat 1 of ander podium waar optredens waren. Wij hadden daar 2 avonden tot laat last van harde muziek.
In het appartement zit een deur die toegang zou kunnen aan het naastgelgen appartement. Als daar dus mensen zitten is het heel gehorig. Je hoort alles! Verder is het hele complex wat leeg...

The room nice, but my son room for single person got balcony with nice view more cheap than my room for couple.
The wireless speaker not function able and also the wireless charging not dunction

Fast communication, clean bed and room
Smelly bathroom, location not good at all, entry only through parking, uncomfortable key collecting, thin walls (can hear neighbours pushing the light-button, music and other noises almost whole night), some dirty walls and roof of bathroom (looked like water/mould)

It is close by to the city and clean. The view is immaculate especially during night time.
It has wireless charger on the bedside tables. The tv is big and with movie apps such as netflix.
The toilet bidet is fancy but water leaks when it is used.

Comfortable and the hosts are easy to contact. The toilet is clean.
The locker keys are so far away. The room is quite small than expected but clean nonetheless. Even the swimming pool is a bit too far than my liking. Have to register here and there. Far away from any shops also. The building is quite new so no shops nearby. Hard to find food.

It took a little bit longer time get to the room.
