Was nice place and clean ….

You have to pay for your electric!!! They said we use 16.00 in 2 days . We got there late to check in and we left early . Electric for a month would be over 400 dollars lol DOES NOT SEEM CORRECT!

The pool, location and air-conditioning was the only good thing.

- The communication with the staff was horrible, I wrote on WhatsApp for the inconveniences and they answered the day before. - When we arrived at night the property was without electricity and the don't even have an alternative, even the day before it happened again. - In the bathroom upstairs the toilet was broken, when you flush it it overflowed. The hot water did not work, also we even ran out of water the next day. - The facilities looked very neglected, the couch was so dirty and the living room and kitchen had a very strange smell. - It was so disappointed because I stayed at the same property like 6 years ago with friends and everything was good at that time, but apparently they have a new administration that doesn't take care of this place.

swimming pool, large rooms, high ceilings, very friendly and helpful administrators. Location is ok, you need about 40min walk to a supermarket or a 2-3minute taxi-motorbike ride. if you are ok the motorbike then location is perfect. we were happy to walk along the beach.

Unfortunately, electricity and water were frequently not working , about once every 2 days. Internet was a very poor , I would advise buying a local SIM card. there are no mosquito nets on the windows, we had brought our own, to put on, otherwise mosquitos are a huge issue. Advice to the owners: please add mosquito nets on all windows! once we had put the nest on everything was fine though! rooms are clean, but cleaning personnel needs to be equipped with a vacuum cleaner to remove some old spider webs from the ceilings.

Quaint, relaxing get away. Beautiful beach, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. Perfect vacation choice, any time of the year!

Because of the recent hurricane, there was no internet service available, but that was temporary.

The location was good, a lot of things to do around. the beds were comfortable. big for a group. amazing outdoors.

The property needs to be remodeled, one of the sofas were broken and i sat and felt. i saw that in other reviews and they haven’t fix it yet. the villa was not clean enough and the pool wasn’t clear.

The location is great. The beach is right across the street. The personnel is very helpful and friendly.

When we arrived there was not electricity hence no water. And our final day the same problem. There was electricity in the street but not in the villa. The kitchen utensils need to be changed as they are very used and damaged. There was construction noise next to the villa.

The facilities need a remodeling, kitchen hardware is pretty used and we had an accident by the living room (a chair broke after my wife sat down once). The chair looked like it had been broken before and not repaired adequately.

Only air conditioning in the bedroom..no tv..had to be hot and sweaty all day..until go to bed...if there was a TV in bedroommight have been better..the a/c wasn't really even big enough for the bedroom...nice apartment great locatiin..could easily be a 10 if it had a/c downstairs and a TV in upstairs bedroom

Ideal location, a spacious appt, a 24 hrs pool

A very active construction site just behind the appt, a stale dirty smell in the rooms, weak unstable wifi, a good- sized useless tv with neither channels on nor netflix.

Great location in regards to quiet spacious beaches. Spacious rooms. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the city centre, but everyone uses motorised vehicle. Nice pool and jacuzzi to unwind after a long day in nature. Friendly and helpful staff.

Old towels, lots of ants which isn’t uncommon in this part of the world, but could be managed better.

Shower clamp in the second floor was broken. Cooking pans missing from kitchen. Wifi coverage was not good in the entire house. TV didn’t work with wifi. Missing signs about snakes in the property. Shower water was clotted after a while.
