Great place great host , no issues , very clean. Awesome location close to Airport. Super nice bathroom , bed are comfortable and living room is very nice. Feels like home away from home. Better then hotels. AAA+

The location was perfect for our needs. The space was clean. The bathroom was amazing and the overall design was well thought out.
The misrepresentation of the unit. It said "Boasting a private entrance, this apartment comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer." It is 2 rooms -- bathroom and the living space. There is not a separate living room or bedroom. You have to examine the pictures to get the truth. The other dislike was the confusing communication upfront. Multiple messages for booking.com and the unit manager, often repetitive. As a result there was some confusion when I was trying to get the unit code.

Comfortable stay in quiet neighbourhood near airoport and major highway. Host is detail oriented and very respectful. We injoyed our stay.

This apartment was beautiful! Really clean and the perfect place for us to stay just outside of downtown! It was close to the highway, but in a quiet area. The wifi was great and the TV was loaded with Netflix and Prime video. The shower was superb and I would stay here again just for that!
The only negative things I can say is that it is a basement to a house so you can hear the owners walking above and going about their day. It didn't bug us because we were out all day and are sound sleepers, but definitely something to be aware of. I also found the bigger mattress to be quite firm, again not a huge issue, I'd rather the mattress be more firm than soft but again just something to be aware of. But other than some small observations that can't be changed everything was superb.

The owner had easy instructions to enter the building, the bathroom was very clean and modern, the living area was small but comfortable.
Did not see a separate sink or kitchen area to was dishes aside from in the bathroom sink. A few too many motivational/wordy art pieces on the walls.
This was not a fault of the property, but construction on the A-20 freeway forced my taxi to take a long detour which increased my fare by 50%.

I had to wait for 45 min in the driveway for the email to come in with the code to enter. I tried to call and text both numbers provided to no avail. Then he arrived and said he never received the text or phone message but I have a copy on my phone...
The hidden 65 dollar cleaning fee. This should be added to the cost of the nightly stay to be honest.The STRICT 9:45 Check out time. The fact that it is a basement, the fact that both the fridge and the washing machine were both broken and not recently it seems so should have been listed. The air con was on a timer to turn off in the night conserve to we woke up sweating at 2 am trying to figure out how to reprogram. You can hear every step made in the house above you and the shower etc... The 45 min wait at the property to collect keys. Worst stay ever!!! He also made us move our car to the road so he could have the driveway even though we had to upack our car and I had my elderly mother with me. Not nice.

I loved that it's exceptionnaly clean!
Close to the airport, I booked after landing for same day and it was ready in no time!
Easy and flexible check-in, the place was ready 1h and half before check in time.
Friendly owner, offered us to use the backyard.
Just the right place to rest before next flight!
