Clean and newly refurbished, quite neighborhood

Fantastic location and beautiful setup. Everything seemed new and super clean and I got a bunch of ideas about things that I would like to get in my own house.
The kitchen was pretty basic but everything was brand new and of good quality. If you're going to cook, you should bring your own basics like oil and salt and pepper and things like that. The parking is a little weird but no big deal.

The kitchen needs a non-stick frying pan and a colander.

Super quiet, great space, 75" TV with easy access to sign into our streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, etc.).
Blackout curtains or shade on the bedroom window would be really helpful and some window coverings in the living room as well.It would be helpful to have some instructions on how to use the code to open the door. Also, need a coffee maker.
