On the first day of arrival the lifts were not working. I got up to the 7th floor and down but on return to the unit the lifts were not walking and I had to walk up 9 flights of stairs. On a later occasion the same thing happened. I contacted the host to alert her of the situation and she denied my claims. I agree it was not her fault that the lifts were not working but she went straight on the attack instead of recognising the problem. won't be renting from this host ever again.

The refrigerator ice cube shelf was so iced over that the main door wouldn't close to the fridge. It took 3 days to defrost so was unusable and dangerous with water on the floor. Had to provide towels from my daughter's place to mop up. I did use the only other available one besides the one I was using. No power point in the bathroom, not his problem said the property manager as he doesn't deal with the private properties. Then no extension cord and lack of power points in the bedroom to reach bathroom. Once again had to borrow from my daughter. Had to use a small mirror in the storage cupboard for hair drying. Had to deal with the owner of the unit for any issues and she was away. A very hot unit and air con would have been a plus instead of dragging fans from room to room. I probably could have handled the other annoyances in what is obviously an old unit, but the unusable fridge was completely unacceptable. I won't stay there again.
