I had called first. Was told how to book to get adjoining rooms and I did. Arrived and was told no. I couldn’t get adjoining rooms.

Room and breakfast were excellent. Did have problem at end of stay getting back into our room. Desk manager was very helpful.

My wife and I are on the road travling every other month. Which requires us to stay in different hotels along the way. The Comfort in in Gallatin is the cleanest hotel and has the nicest staff weve experienced since Covid. If your looking for a Hotel near Nashiville I strongly suggest Comfort inn and suites in Gallatin. Its only 30 kins minutes for Nashiville and all of its activities.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was just average, but we appreciated having food available to start our day.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week for a mini getaway, less than an hour from our home. The hotel was spotless and in a nice, safe area surrounded by dozens of restaurants and access to the interstate. The staff was friendly, and our suite was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. We were extremely happy with the room and stay for the price.

I have been traveling a lot lately, and this has been one of the best places I have stayed to date. Staff was so kind and friendly. If I return to this area, I'll definitely be booking here again.

The staff at the counter were great however the cleaning staff couldn’t speak or understand english so communication about the rooms were very hard. Everything had to be communicated through the down stairs counter staff. Night time counter staff was rude and inhospitable.

So let me start by saying the Place was nice and tidy. What really prompted the One Star was their policy of not honoring a cancellation, meaning you will be charged. Due to the recent Tornado in our area we were unable to use the room. Tried to cancel was told i couldnt with them had to do it through Expedia, they tried and still nothing. So on top of the Heartship of the Tornado I feel we were taken advantage of by Comfort inn. No Remorse, no Sympathy for people. Never will I Book with them again. Shame on you for taking people for a ride.

The customer service is amazing, but the GM isnt friendly at all. They took money out before I even checked it. I am highly upset at this hotel and I will be calling and sending an email to corporate.

I traveled alone this weekend for a quick getaway to just relax an refocus for the coming week. And this stay exceeded my expectations. From the safety of the area, to the convenience of nearby stores of food options. I couldn't have made a better choice. Also if Will is not a manager he should be. He was very welcoming and also texted to check in and make sure everything was going okay. So although I was skeptical at first, I'm glad I didn't make any other choice. I will be back but with my husband.

This hotel is new, so it's still in excellent condition. They were still having issues with electrical circuits as of 10/29/23, so we were without lights for part of our stay. The breakfast is the standard fare. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

Only complaint is noise from the room above. Kids jumping on the floor at 5:30 in the morning. I would still stay again!

Great location (25-30 minutes from downtown) that was outside of the city to where you didn’t have to feel that you need to watch over your shoulder.

The breakfast amenities were great! Quality of the food was consistent and the environment was very clean!
The Nashville Metro area has become so run down that it is hard to find a place to feel safe and the hotel is clean (to our personal preference) so we didn’t like the fact that we had to drive so far to get to places but well worth it when it came to the cleanliness and price point!

Says pet friendly. They are not. Surprise 75$ fee for one night at check in. Breakfast is sad. Room decent. One single elevator for the entire hotel. Clean enough.
