The separate living area to the kitchen and large bedroom with lots of storage for clothes, had all facilities like ironing board, iron.

The doors got stuck on the toilets so couldn’t get out without yanking them hard, the fridge wasn’t very cold until we turned it up, and it was then end of our trip by time it was

The proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Was nice to have a separate living room and kitchen area, both of which were big enough not to make you feel cramped or clostraphobic. There was a nice big wall mounted tv. Loved the quirks it had, such as the outside lights was connected to the hot water switch, so it came on whenever the hot water was switched on. I would stay here again.

I gave 4 stars for cleanness as, as a whole, the caravan was mainly spotless, but the company that services the property for the owner needs to check the property more thoroughly. With in 5 minutes of being in their room, my children found a very dusty sock, beach toy, and glow sticks. It was also very off-putting to find a used tissue under the pillow of my bed when I went to make it. The caravan is starting to show signs of wear and tare such as the blind in the bathroom kept falling down and some of the beading holding up the board on the sofa bed was broken, which means that if you sat on that part of the sofa you would sink down. But there was plenty of seating, so we just did not sit on that part. None of the above affected our stay through. We would stay here again.

Location - not too far from anything. Nice end of Felixstowe. Had the right amount of facilities in the caravan. The park is peaceful and has a lovely little play park for the children.

Directions on where the caravan is located could be clearer. The 'street name' within Golden Sands itself should be included in the address details.
