The condo was top notch. When you walk in you are greeted with a large living space. Kitchen, dining, then living. The almost floor to ceiling windows make the space feel even larger. The bunk room is perfect for a gaggle of kids, the guest bedroom is perfect for visitors, and the main bedroom/bathroom is top notch. The kitchen had everything you need. We obviously staid in off season, so the area was really quiet and felt like we had the place completely to ourselves. I'm sure the deck is nice when the weather cooperates, as it offers good views of the lake. Really happy with the stay and will look into it again for sometime next year.

Long weekend for mom and daughters. We enjoyed our time looking for treasures at antique shops. Had fun at the indoor pool and spent quality time together at the condo. Great view and great communication. Okoboji didn't disappoint, but mother nature got her way, haha. Thanks

This condo was so incredibly spacious, nicely decorated, had high end appliances, all the amenities! It truly was live-in ready! Pretty view of the lake.
The only thing we didn't use was the underground parking because the entry had such a steep drop off, but there was space to park out front.
We visited mid-September, so it was quiet. Had fun in the Okoboji area - close to everything. Thank you for everything. It was exactly as presented in the photos!

The condo was beautiful, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Disappointed because there was construction 20 yards away. Loud music and noise starting at 7 am making enjoying the deck impossible. The view was construction everywhere. The way to the dock was walking through mud and boards. Fire pit not useable. Will be a 5 plus when the construction is done but for us not relaxing now. We left early.

This condo was perfect for our small family. It was clean, nicely styled, safe, and in a good location. There are a lot of things for families to do at the Bridges Bay resort, plus several good restaurant options nearby. The condo owners were well organized and easy to communicate with. The only negative is that the owners of the unit directly below this one were either super noisy themselves or had low rental standards. The unit was occupied by college students or young adults and they partied until 2:00 every night we were there. The walls are thin so you can hear every loud noise.

Nice condo! Perfect place to stay for all ages and close to everything Okoboji and Arnold’s Park. So much to do at Bridges Bay Resort and just up the road from boat ramp. Used shared condo dock to fish off of and private condo pool to take a quick dip. Property managers quick to respond and answer questions. Would definitely stay here again when in Okoboji.

Nice location. The decor and remodel of condo is very nice. The water park was fun. Boat storage was close and convenient. Easy access to boat ramp just down the way.

Everything about our stay at this condo blew our expectations out of the water. The condo is beautiful and clean as pictured. The location and amenities are perfect. The communication with Rachel and Chad was the icing on the cake. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We booked another stay before even checking out. Looking forward to checking out another one of their properties! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your property. So many great memories made here.

Super clean, beautifully furnished condo with great view of the lake. Beds were clean and comfy. Being able to park in the underground parking garage was a nice perk. Condo was located within minutes to Arnold’s Park amusement area, shopping and dining areas. Definitely 10/10 would recommend this place. We hope to stay here again!

Our week long stay in Okoboji was fantastic because our accommodations were great! The condo is beautiful and the view of the lake is awesome! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful and responded very quickly to our questions and concerns.

Beautiful, newly renovated unit. Very clean! It includes all of the amenities of home. Check-in process was quick & all done via email. The hosts were quick to respond to my question prior to check-in. Would highly recommend staying here!

The Condo is absolutely wonderful, however the condo is new and the building next door is not completed. We woke up to hammering and Spanish music at 7am on the 2nd morning of our stay from construction workers 20 feet away at the adjacent building. Otherwise, the communication, condo and location at the lake were very nice and wonderful to get away to.
