Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, außer vielleicht, dass der Fön keine Power hatte.

I like everything about it the hotel was very nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and caring and helpful to the customer I am so happy with the hotel and I will be happy to come again

The rooms were cosy and the breakfast was good. The restaurant on top floor was the best location as it gave nice view of the city

There was a problem with the room entry card but was quickly sorted.

Would request they install a small mini fridge and kettle.

Well they have some sympathies employees and some other very rude

I booked a family trip with my husband . I married in January and I don't keep with me my weeding certificate but my birth certificate has the assent of that. The hotel didn't accept that and put my husband far away from me! I made a lot of complains. In the booking nothing shows about that.
