Firstly, once we arrived at the accommodation and contacted the owner, he didn’t even know that he had a booking. His reply was that “he was having lunch” although we had made the booking 8hours earlier. Secondly, this property was advertised to accommodate five people. However, when we got there, there was only one double bed and one sofa (which wasn’t a sofa bed). We asked the owner and his reply was: “it’s only for one night”. Besides, the linen in the bed was dirty and full of hair. There was a pair of shoes in the living room and contact lenses in the toilet. The owner brought us towels and toilet paper. The experience with this person has been totally awful. The flat wasn’t prepared, there was fake advertisement on your website and the owner was careless and rude.
