Die Vermieter Karen und Lucas sind erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, fussläufig zum Strand. Zwei eigene Parkplätze, das ist toll. Alles wie beschrieben. Der Check in war sehr einfach. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was very clean, the location was nice, the view was beautiful, check-in was so easy, any ?’s I had were answered in a reasonable time, and perfect for my family.

The only 2 suggestions is more than 1 roll of TP and a small bottle of dish detergent. Was plenty of hand soap but no dish soap just the ones for the dishwasher.

I 've stayed at numerous places in Cape Ann. LBS is by far the best. Location by Long Beach, ease of check-in, nearby icecream shop and snack shop, parking, lovely appointed suite with all accroutements. I'm a stickler for kitchen linens and there were plenty of dish towels, etc. Excellent. I look forward to returning.

The only thing at an otherwise perfect suite was the lack of a screen on the slider door to the balcony.

Location was perfect. Very spacious and had everything we needed.

Loved that all was modern and so close to the beach. Loved that TV had access for movies and utube already.

Maybe some matts in kitchen would have been nice or extra chair outside.
