The proprietor of AISHomestay displayed considerable rudeness when I raised concerns about the malfunctioning TV, the unpleasant odor emanating from the pillows on top of the sofa, stained curtains, an offensive saliva smell on the bedroom pillow, and the water heater providing only brief heating despite being switched on throughout the day. I will definitely not recommend this AISHomestay at Iris Resort. When we complain no immediate action was taken and the proprietor of AISHomestay said they will only after checkout regarding the malfunctioning TV.

The bathrooms were in poor condition, exhibiting signs of neglect and lack of maintenance, including a broken bidet holder, deteriorating bathroom door, mold growth, dirty shower glass, improper water flow from the showerhead, and leaks from the shower area.

Der schlimmste Vermieter ever!!! Wir wurden 2 Stunden vor Ankunft über „plumbing issues“ informiert weswegen eines der Badezimmer zugesperrt wurde. Und bekamen gleichzeitig eine Anleitung zum self Check-in mit Schlüsselbox. Bei der Ankunft war ein beissender gestank nach Urin in der Wohnung, der nicht auszuhalten war. Ich kontaktierte den Vermieter, der behauptete per chatt es sei alles in Ordnung, die letzten Gäste hätten sich nicht beschwert und es wurde gereinigt, ausserdem sei das Haus voll und er könne uns keine andere Wohnung anbieten. Komischerweise hat uns eine andere Vermieterin im selben Haus sofort eine Wohnung angeboten, wo wir dann auch bleiben konnten. Ich habe dem Vermieter ein persönliches treffen vorgeschlagen, worauf der nicht mal antwortete. Auch meine Anfrage auf Rückzahlug blieb unbeantwortet…

The location is very good and the homestay is clean

Loved everything about it. Easy check-in and check-out. The owner was really helpful regarding any issue we have. Very very very comfortable bed! All the room is clean and comfy. The living room is comfy and many choices for movies. The kitchen is clean and appliances is enough. Everything is great and we had a great time there. There is no fan or aircond but it is so cold already that we need to wear jackets and socks.

The bedroom toilet not properly clean but acceptable.
