This property was perfect for our visit to USAFA, beautiful outdoor area for sitting and enjoying the views. Off the beaten path but close to everything.

This home suited all of our needs for a long weekend in the Springs. We enjoy that area of town for its easy access to so many things. The home was perfect for our family of seven, and we were thankful for the great outdoor space to relax. The owner was wonderful with communication as well. We hope to stay here again on a return trip.

We were very impressed and surprised how amazing the house and location were, exceeded our expectations!!!
Loved the extra touches for children that was available.

The great thing about this stay was the responsiveness of the property managers/owners.
The property is great, with amazing outdoor space and nice usable inside space. It was easy to get in and find everything we needed. It is really close to the highway, restaurants, and shopping. My wife even found a gym nearby to get a one day pass and get a workout in.
They were super family friendly - leaving out crayons and coloring books for the kids, and even some kids card games. However, we have a two year old who is walking but not super steady on his feet. The stairs are a bit steep for him and we were concerned about him falling. I emailed the team to ask if there was a baby gate somewhere that I had missed; I knew it was a long shot.
They didn't have a baby gate at the property, but came the next morning and installed a baby gate to help us. I mean, I wasn't asking for that or expecting it, and that was super above and beyond from what I wanted. Our family was appreciative.
If I need a VRBO in Colorado Springs again, this is top of my list. Thanks to the team for a great experience.

Great location. Plenty of space. Very clean. Use of garage was greatly appreciated especially with the occasional threat of hail in the forecast. I would bring my family back and stay again.

Hosts were very amazing and accommodating! The place was perfect for our needs! We traveled to visit family so we had plenty of room so everyone was comfortable! I highly recommend this place and we will absolutely stay again if available

This location is super convenient to the AF Academy, shopping & restaurants. Clean & cozy. We will book this home again when back in the Springs.
