I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities. House was clean, warm (winter stay), and the beds were very comfortable. My wife said she really like the color scheme for whatever that's worth. The dog and the rest of us enjoyed the backyard.
The one thing concerning us when we booked was that the location looked like an industrial neighborhood. But the location turned out to be one of the better features. The neighborhood was quiet and we were an easy walk to the Bosque River Trail and the restaurants on the square. Will stay there again, if we get the chance.

We came to town for a wedding. Five of us stayed there and it was great for all of us and fit all of us very well. It’s in the best location. We were close to everything stephenville! Property manager/owner was super easy to communicate with and work with

Great little place for three couples. Wonderful coffee bar. Very nice set up. Floor fans in all rooms was really nice.

The property was clean and updated. There’s a beautiful back yard for a dog to run and play. We cooked out on the grill one evening. There’s plenty of seating on the patio for everyone to relax and visit. Our stay was enjoyable and the location is convenient for downtown and the hospital. We traveled with our little dog and the back fence is large cattle wire so he had to stay on a leash. We would definitely like to stay here again!

It was just what the listing stated! The home is a perfect size & area for our family to stay when visiting & we plan to check it’s availability first for every trip.

Stay was good. However, there is nothing to clean with. No Clorox wipes, no broom and dustpan, no sprays of any kind. I felt this to be strange. We had to go to my moms rental and borrow supplies from them. Also, one roll of paper towels and one roll of TP for four days. So… bring your own cleaning supplies. Also, the bathroom gets no air and is rather uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved the backyard for our dogs and hanging out. There was access to the trail in the back from the yard, but it was too blazing hot to get out there. Super cute decorating and the beds were comfortable! Pillows are nice too and we loved that every room had a tv. WiFi worked great. Plenty of space. There is salt, pepper, cooking spray, olive oil, steak seasoning. Overall nice stay.

Really enjoyed staying at the Hive. Very nice, clean and homie feeling. Great parking, big back yard. The bathroom is a little warm. Also, a great lighted walk trail behind property. I would stay again for sure.

We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. We arrived in Texas to record heat but the house was cool and comfortable. Cannot say enough nice things about this house, it was just pristine and the bedrooms we roomy with comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend.

Right in the heart of Stephenville and easy access to everything! Perfect for families of any age and perfect for your family dog! I really appreciate the ease of this rental and pets. Thank you to the hosts for making it so easy to bring along your family pet.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Close to shopping and restaurants. The home is very cute with a perfect little coffee bar and extra amenities for a great cup of coffee to start your day. We absolutely loved the Bee themed house even had honey comb ice trays, so cute. It was the perfect place for our Beeman Family to stay. We will definitely book again when we visit Stephenville, TX.
